all I want to do is watch F1 @nowtv why do you have account issues now of all times, can't watch anything, can't see billing, this is the 2nd time it's happened too.

@Netflixhelps hi when i go onto my netflix from my nowtv, it shows the red ‘netflix’ then it goes straight to saying “ netflix has encountered an error retrying in ... seconds” then it retrys and goes back to that screen counting down again? can you help
