@NOW @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv box has had an update but we cannot access any of the on demand section. I can select nowtv on the remote, but it’s just a loading screen for 45ish seconds and then goes back to the home screen. I’ve rebooted the box and our WiFi is good. Help please?!

I see the NowTV update is not only slower but comes with ads between episodes. Been thinking I need to knock off a streaming service; good of them to help me decide.

Been trying to get @NOWTV to work on phone, TV via mirror cast, usb and app. Mac book and finally a hp laptop. Doesn't work on a single device. Glad it was a free trial what a piss take 😑😑😑
