@NOWTV Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Cancelled my internet subscription. Ordered middle of November for activation on 18th of December. Activation date pushed back to 29th of January for no reason. Spoke to 6 or 7 different advisers, no updates

@NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Bloody useless the pair of them, couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly alone without support. Helplines are inept!

@CraigGrannell @seanjonesqc Another vote for Apple TV. Bought one a year ago and with the exception of the NowTV app which has somehow got worse (a Now issue, not Apple) it's sublime. No need for Sky or Virgin.

@NOWTV broadband due to be activated yesterday still dead today. Without any service and your rep said its open reach issue need engineer. Any way getting them out earlier I'm a Dr and need stable access to Internet. Not very happy I should have been informed there was issue
