@rsmck That was my understanding too, which suggests these apps are probing phone config, but I was having issues with @SkyUK and @NOWTV apps and they confirmed the would stop working by design if either private relay or private Wi-Fi (mac) address were enabled.

Hello @NOWTV Let’s see if I understand this correctly. For £15 PM on an Apple TV 4K subscription I get a basic 1080p package with stereo 2.0 sound only? With #Apple+ I get 4K image, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos sound. I’m sorry but that’s an absolutely terrible deal. #Sky #NowTV

@NOWTV Why isn't it possible to activate a sports day pass through your Fire TV app? If I buy it via my account page it should be available to use in any of your apps on any device. You need to fix this.

@Bobilly10 All the series tend to be available elsewhere as ‘on demand’ via NowTV (predominantly sky), Netflix and Prime… most can also be found on YouTube. I don’t think you will have any problem finding what you want without the licence x

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket
