@Kop205Row37 @NOWTV Hi. You having problems too. I paid £53.99 Dec and January for sky sports. Should have paid £20.00 then cancelled my sky sports on Monday so now an paying £53.99 for nothing. Apparently will all be sorted tonight 🤔

@NOWTV Yup. I’ve been through those steps a number of times. As I said, I’ve had an engineer out twice previously. My case was closed in December due to the assumption that the issue was fixed when I got 3mbps speeds. I’ve emailed yourselves to reopen my case.

@NOWTV I’ll be giving you the terrible review you deserve on every site I can think of! A company that’s so easy to sign up to but so very hard to cancel from! Awful, especially for a communications company! Give them a wide berth, wish I had!

@WilliamNB Found myself in that situation. Some BT ? tech had ducked my DSL line to plug someone else Getting things fixed can be a pain. @NOWTV tech support was very dishonest and disrespectful and difficult to analyse and fix whilst in lockdown

Well today’s the day....will @WeAreOpenreach turn up to fix my broadband. Now on day 15 of total loss of service. Failed to turn up twice already. Any ideas @NOWTV @nowtvhelp diabolical communication and customer service. Already feeling like my family will be let down again
