@Kop205Row37 @NOWTV Hi. You having problems too. I paid £53.99 Dec and January for sky sports. Should have paid £20.00 then cancelled my sky sports on Monday so now an paying £53.99 for nothing. Apparently will all be sorted tonight 🤔

@NOWTV After being charged £58 for 4 calls to Now TV support line for using 0901 and 0904 numbers instead of the 03303323050 number (not easy to find on the website) I have received some compensation for my error. I feel more inclined to be positive about the company. #goodwill

@NOWTV @nowtvhelp Can you help? I have just had my monthly phone charges for TWO calls I made to the NOWTV support line for a new Broadband service. The call charges total nearly £50 for around 12 minutes from a UK Landline. This cannot be right for a support line. #shocking

@virginmedia had a box fitted today, my nowtv box is saying the strength is ‘fair’ when it’s 2m away from the WiFi box, anything you can do it help? Download speed is 28.35 which isn’t really what we were expecting from you?
