@legendkiller2k8 @LizMorganTaylor @skytv I have no problem with theme I or nowtv . I also have virgin mobile as well as tv broodband and home phone . You do realise sky is owed by come cast a USA company no longer by Murdoch they all seem to get on a lot better since he was brought out . Sky only thought is 1/2

@Kop205Row37 @NOWTV Hi. You having problems too. I paid £53.99 Dec and January for sky sports. Should have paid £20.00 then cancelled my sky sports on Monday so now an paying £53.99 for nothing. Apparently will all be sorted tonight 🤔

Another week another dreadful @NOWTV experience. Mobile app - you need to buy a pass Laptop app - it looks like you're offline Laptop browser - opens nowtv and buys pass (doesn't appear I'm offline). Now I can't activate my pass because both apps are comically terrible.

@NOWTV Thanks, it must be an issue with the Now TV stick. I've downloaded the Now TV app on my Amazon Fire stick and it is working fine. I didn't realise you could watch through Amazon until today, much better quality through this 👍

@nowtv keep getting a terrible jumpy picture watching the Liverpool v Man City game using the Now TV stick. Screen keeps going green or purple too. No issue with my broadband speed. Any ideas how to resolve this please.

@NOWTV hi, can you please look into this further? the overlay issue remains. it's a shame to watch big events like liverpool vs man city today with a poor quality stream, despite paying for Boost HD.

@NOWTV Yup I seem to be only receiving drop outs in the evening, mainly it's the latency that is the major issue for me . Regardless of my internet speed, due to the bad latency in the evening I can't stream properly. I am on the fastest internet package, the Super Fibre package
