AVOID @NOWTV phone and broadband. They won’t port your number when you request. Awful customer service. Terrible company. #poorcustomerservice

@nowtvhelp How? I’ve no message tab! Just so you know, I downloaded the NOWTV app. Enter the same sign in details, told me my password was wrong, created a new password, entered it and got Oooops Unexpected error or similar. I think I’ve made a serious error and wasted my money

@NOWTV My laptop & WiFi are turned off & reset every night. This is a problem I have consistently. However every other service I use, Amazon Prime, Netflix & Disney + etc have no issues with picture quality on the same device. A movie pirate could give better resolution than him this.

@NOWTV hi please sort out your buffering issues 🙏🏼 subscribed again & it keeps getting pixelated, defo not my connection; I primarily watch Netflix or Prime & never have pixelation with them, so if you can that would be appreciated. Kinda reminds me why I stopped subs to you 😔
