@NOWTV my dad is unable to sign in. He has just got a subscription via BT and trying to set a password but no matter where he is trying (browser) it’s saying unable to sign in error message, try again later! This is since yesterday, what’s going on??

@NOWTV Was just in live chat with someone but they have ended the chat without sorting issue out. Basically we have now been sent a set your password email but when we click on the link it takes us to a screen that says access denied

@NOWTV your service is terrible I can't use it now until January because you say I have reached a device limit when I only watch on my living room and bedroom TV. I want to cancel, it's shocking. Also you make it impossible to connect to your staff

@nowtvhelp My NowTV Stick has not been working correctly since I got it in October, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with you!! Please can you help? It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕
