@NOWTV My internet has stopped working from 1pm today and is still not back on. Called customer service earlier but they couldn’t help. The router is saying connected but can’t stream or access internet on any of our devices. I’ve switched off router and reset but still nothing

@NOWTV Is your live chat down currently? I was in the middle of working through an issue and the chat disconnected, now every time I try to start a new one it says there is a connection problem and to try later.

@NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Bloody useless the pair of them, couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly alone without support. Helplines are inept!
