The pathetic little stunt NOWTV have pulled with my PS5 is taking the utter piss now. So it was logged in but for some reason it was the PS4 app. Then the PS4 app ceased to work on PS5 and now it refuses to let me sign in. Utterly unacceptable.

@bt_uk I’m a new BT customer and for 3 days straight I have rang your customer service as I cannot access NowTV. No one can help and advises to ring back day after day. Yet you have the capability to send me my first bill which includes NowTV. I’m now regretting coming to you
