Really disappointed with @NOWTV_It after they decided to deduct money from me for a membership I never wanted nor requested. Unfortunately they’re ignoring my requests for a refund, hoping @Ofcom will be able to help. Strongly suggest everyone is careful when using #NOWTV #ofcom

@NOW_Ireland I have been locked out of my NOWTV account for almost a WEEK! I contact support twice last week, the first said they had to escalate the issue and I would hear back by email. When I contacted support again after 2 days, they said the same. I need this resolved!

@Wadey1977 @DoubleHelping @MartinSLewis Try to avoid NowTV as much as poss as the streaming quality (video and audio) is appalling for the money.
