Hi @NOW can you help please? I can see the new series of @GreysABC but can't play it. My NowTV account says 2 episodes available & I have the entertainment account but it keeps saying start a free trial & I can't play it. What does a girl have to do for a Grey's fix these days?

@NOW I've so own to them previously about it, we've had multiple service people out to check the line and our connection, had a new box etc etc. This wasn't an issue with our line. This was an issue across England with nowtv outages just gone midnight last night.

help my nowtv remote app on my phone wasn’t working and i’ve just realised it’s because i was connected to the wrong box for 30 minutes....FOR 30 MINUTES SOMEONE ELSE HAS HAD THEIR NOWTV DOING **** THEY WERENT CONTROLLING😭😭😭😭

@NOW You see, this is the problem. I have complained. To you. But now you’re saying I have to make a complaint elsewhere as well. This is symptomatic of the flaws in the NowTV approach. It should all just be so much easier and user friendly.
