I cannot login to my account and there is no way to resolve this as all services require login and there is no technical support to TV customers. I'm paying for a service I can't access. There must be hundreds of people in this helpless position. How can I resolve this? @NOWTV

@nowtvhelp @michelleruane @NOWTV Hi I am also having problems this morning. Worked fine all last night and can not log into any of my devices. It says login details not recognised. Tried resetting my password but the link wouldn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled all apps but no joy.

@NOWTV Seriously, why is Michael Caine still 'acting'? Don't get me wrong, I love his work and he is in my top 2 favourite films ever (Zulu and The Italian Job), but why not just retire and let someone else earn some coin...?

@NOWTV By all means! What can you do about the remotes? I put fresh batteries in, they last a couple of days, then stop working. I have tried several brands of batteries and it’s on two different remotes. They are obviously sub-standard. Can you issue replacements?

@NOWTV can you please help. I been charged four months worth of Sky Sports, without ever wanting it, it has now cost me £135.96! I bought a Now TV Roku which had a free month of Sky Sports. I have now been offered £33.99 credit to use with Now TV, very upset. Help!

@Ofcom Its not the phone company, Its @NOWTV The quality of the picture on their sky sports this last week has been terrible. Watching readingVafcb on Friday and the picture was fine at the ads, when the programme came on it was a good picture, then when they kicked off it blurred again

@pnuttuk @NOWTV I’m thinking of changing from full broadband Sky package to Now TV where you can still pay for movies and sport all at about less than half the cost. The only issue is no multi room what do you think...

@NOWTV Yes, I have seen the email. It's really, really amateur of whoever is responsible for such a large error. It's very embarrassing for Now TV/Sky to have made such an error and I would hope the person responsible has been taken off further duties relating to sending emails out!
