I cannot login to my account and there is no way to resolve this as all services require login and there is no technical support to TV customers. I'm paying for a service I can't access. There must be hundreds of people in this helpless position. How can I resolve this? @NOWTV

@NOW I've so own to them previously about it, we've had multiple service people out to check the line and our connection, had a new box etc etc. This wasn't an issue with our line. This was an issue across England with nowtv outages just gone midnight last night.

Absolutely stunned that #numan are allowed to advertised their products (on #NowTV) in that way. If the word ‘despair’ was used in connection with an issue like weight loss or ageing (for example) they would surely be silenced and fined millions. And they should be. Disgraceful.

@NOW is slow as ****. I can search for 10 movies on one other app quicker than @NOW brings up the search results for 1 movie. NowTv was faster over 1 yr & a half ago. Fix your ******* app @NOWTVHelp . Don't reply to this tweet. Just fix that **** *** app.

Hi @NOW can you help please? I can see the new series of @GreysABC but can't play it. My NowTV account says 2 episodes available & I have the entertainment account but it keeps saying start a free trial & I can't play it. What does a girl have to do for a Grey's fix these days?

@NOWTV is there a way to be informed when you are turning off our internet in the middle of the night for maintenance. We use our internet at night so last night's cut out caused us huge issues, which had we been aware of we could have rescheduled our time.

help my nowtv remote app on my phone wasn’t working and i’ve just realised it’s because i was connected to the wrong box for 30 minutes....FOR 30 MINUTES SOMEONE ELSE HAS HAD THEIR NOWTV DOING **** THEY WERENT CONTROLLING😭😭😭😭
