I cannot login to my account and there is no way to resolve this as all services require login and there is no technical support to TV customers. I'm paying for a service I can't access. There must be hundreds of people in this helpless position. How can I resolve this? @NOWTV

@rudemrlang @MatthewRimmer Don’t you find a lot of stuff on NowTV has this problem? I do! But then I watch most TV with subtitles now because of mumbling and my diminished hearing.

@jonnysta From what I can gather, NowTV and Sky are the same company and so I would assume they have the same issue at the moment. If you are with a different provider for mobile phone and have 4G you should be able to log on using this. - Alison
