I'm paying for a service I can't access. There must be hundreds of people in this helpless position. How can I resolve this? @NOWTV

barry sharples (@Mystery_Thumb) reported@nowtv send an offer by email for sky sports for 19.99 per month but the code will not work. When I enquire you say such has expired but it hasn't and refuse to add the offer. Worst customer service ever.... And been cut off 3 times.

I asked to speak to a manager and was told “no! Due to the pandemic we don’t share headsets”
