I cannot login to my account and there is no way to resolve this as all services require login and there is no technical support to TV customers. I'm paying for a service I can't access. There must be hundreds of people in this helpless position. How can I resolve this? @NOWTV

@NOW bug report.. its been around for ages... nowtv app on roku picks wrong resolution and you have to quit to fix, if link to TV is interrupted- e.g. switching amp on/off. All other players cope with this, please fix! Thx
