Also today it’s just a black screen with white writing saying “Now TV is currently unavailable” wtf is going on???

Jonathan McNally (@JontyM4c) reported@NOWTV the man tells me that the issue may not be the router and he'll go check my line. Its my line. Surprisingly... It's going to take up to 2 working days to fix. This is on top of the time I waited for the new router.
