Disappointed to find that the @NOWTV @nowtvhelp app won’t even fire-up on my up to date Mac. Online help-desk are worse than useless and they won’t even countenance a discount. #poor #customer #service

@NOW Does anyone ever test your website? How are new members meant to join if the "Join in" button on the login page just takes you to the home page? I've tried to sign up to NowTV a few times, now i remember why i gave up last time.

I mustered up the courage to ring NowTV to ask for a refund or some sort of discount but he said that basically I have to wait the 10 days to make sure the issue is resolved because if the issue persists they can only refund me ONCE so like, if i ask for a refund now i'll only

@NOWTV broadband customer service is terrible. Three people lying to me. Fourth call, person much more helpful but 30 mins after my call I got an email to reschedule my engineer appointment by another week - so no internet for 3 weeks. #unacceptable #angry

@NOWTV shocking service. Refund within 30 days. Now surpassed. Told there was an error in processing. Will be another 3-5 days. Who's refunds take 30 days? You process it, it's received within a week. Normally 1-2 days. 👎
