Disappointed to find that the @NOWTV @nowtvhelp app won’t even fire-up on my up to date Mac. Online help-desk are worse than useless and they won’t even countenance a discount. #poor #customer #service

At #Nowtv how can I cancel the contract I took out for my Dad,I managed to cancel his Sky Sports and Entertainment package,he passed away 9/8/21 but you are still taking £18:00 a month from my bank with next payment due 3/11/21.Help please as App is no use

@jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

Anyone else not able to log into their now account after changing their password. Password is correct but it just won’t log me back in on any device. #nowtv if you are out their, HELP! #annoying #help
