My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

Why is my NOW TV device no longer supported? It used to work perfectly fine, now it doesn’t work with your service! So the only way to access and use my account is to buy another one - complete con, not to mention wasteful and bad for the environment @NOWTV @nowtvhelp

Literally bought the sports pass on NowTV for the UFC and it buffers constantly. Illegal streams probably better quality
