She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

Nowtv is absolute toss. Can’t watch anything without it buffering and becoming rubbish quality. This is when paying extra for the boost service, too. Netflix it is!!

We cannot watch @NOWTV on @Roku since update. We’re in the middle of a series we could not watch it tonight. We checked and says system updated. We have reset roku totally, we unplugged for 30 seconds and still does not work. You click on app and does nothing @RokuSupport

@SkellyOwl All worked out, annual game of chicken with NowTV for F1 Skysports pass came through yesterday, 1080p “upgrade” paid so activated movie trial😎. Watching now, really good so far 👍. Still, would buy it to have in better bitrate and HDR, NowTV is awful quality

Got a weeks free trial to watch Justice League & got a free week of 'boost' (to 1080p apparently) & yet the quality of the NOWTV stream is absolute dogshite???

@NOW Since the update to the Nowtv box, our black Nowtv box is continuously resetting half way through programmes and then not working at all. It keeps saying “error with the player” is this a known software issue?

@welsh_stu requires massive investment in their servers and bandwidth server side. Long term they may get there. Their whole delivery over Internet is based on chasing the download rather than real time stream. Apart from NowTV, which is only SD.

@RokuSupport @benmetcalfe1 Now TV is still broken on my roku streaming stick, do you have any suggestions? @NOWTV help didn't help, just asked me to reinstall then gave up.
