She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

@NOWHelpTeam where is rhom episode 7 on hayu via nowtv? Hayu are blaming nowtv for the issue. Thus is extremely frustrating paying for a service that’s not provided

Tried posting on their forum, but it's just users helping other users, and the same thing happened there - despite me being very clear that @NOWTV themselves had taken a payment I didn't authorise, people just told me to use options that do not help my situation.

@NOWTV_It what is wrong with your picture quality? The black is speckled and there appears to be an overlay across the screen. Only happens in NowTv - other services are fine!!!

@NOWHelpTeam hiya, we’ve just changed my 81 yo grandma’s broadband and calls to NowTV. Broadband is connecting fine and she can make outgoing calls but she can’t receive any calls. Online checks say line is fine. Pls can you advise? Is there a help line to call?

@NOWHelpTeam 3 months after your last promise that you're fixing a basic accessibility feature, and it's still broken. I did a Subject Access Request and got the interal notes from your staff saying they knew subtitles were broken on NowTV, but to lie and say it was paraphrasing. @BDA_Deaf

@everystepfit Thanks for getting back to me Nancy. Unfortunately I can only advice on issues with NowTV and wouldn't be familiar with the roku channel store. Maybe the have a different store for applications? -GH
