My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

@alittlebitjenny Not sure if it'd work but it should be streaming on NowTV, which you could find a way to sneaky VPN yourself into watching via a free trial.

12 seconds into a video and it needs to buffer some more, it'd be quicker to watch it frame by frame! I won't miss NowTV broadband when they finally **** off tomorrow! It's my mam's house but I'm in charge of the phone and broadband from tomorrow

@XboxSupport afternoon, can you help ? When streaming bbciplayer and nowtv there is a stuttering issue every few seconds through Xbox. When using bbciplayer on my tv it works fine, Disney works perfectly through xbox as does Amazon prime and YouTube.

@NOWTV had to cancel my membership because it won’t work on my iPad. Completely ridiculous.
