She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

@elliexcos @TalkTalk @NOWTV do free new installs, might work out cheaper overall if you need a socket installing. But normally it will tell during the order process.

@NOWTV your service is terrible. Ive tried multiple times to cancel your service but your website prevents me from retrieving my account and you still take my money every month. You owe me about £100 and i want it back now. All i wanted to do was cancel but now youve annoyed me.

@VirginMedia_One @VirginMediaIE are you ever going to release a #SmartTV app? By that I mean one for Samsung TV, (not NowTV) Roku box, Apple TV and Android TV. AirPlay 2 or Chromecast would be an option. PS AirPlay doesn’t work on built in TVs and Chromecast isn’t there on iOS.

@nowtvhelp Hi @nowtvhelp I do not experience this with any other device or app. Only NowTV on PS4. I've got 7 day film pass and this is the same now. So Sports and TV both buffer. I can't use a LAN cable due to where router is. Anything else I can do?

@fiveub Internet with @nowtv has been down since Friday, no engineer yet so currently switched on with a massive 1MB Vodafone dongle courtesy of work. 😭 I need to pre-load Cyberpunk too. Not a chance lol. 12 hour night shift x 3 more (hurry up #OpenReach engineer)

@NOWTV It has been over a week since problems with broadband were reported - "AF-IE-1023714563 Broadband Problems in Baillieston" on 30/11. Still no update and service still not to working. I am finding it very hard to speak to someone about this and get an update. Please help.
