My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

Contacted them again today after wait 10 days for a reply. Cut off live chat 4 times!! Offered a 1 day pass which was ideal. Voucher code issued. Guess what. Didn't work. Avoid Nowtv #Nowtv #SkySports @SkySports

@NOWTV I've tried 3 cards to sign up for the service, yet none of them work. It keeps coming up with an error on signup, despite charging 10p (active card check, I presume). I tried the same card again, yet the error keeps popping up. What's wrong with your service, please?

@nowtvhelp Pay for SKY direct. I have never seen such shambolic set up as @NOWTV Staff excluded they were helpful. Technically its absolute dung. Avoid it. Pay for sky. Bought a day pass on 20/12. Didn't work. Was told apply for a refund. Didn't work. 1/2

@dog_gruff Agree. I don't watch it in Nottingham, only Netflix, Amazon, Nowtv & don't have a license there. In Scotland my disabled son watches Cbeebies etc. We have Virgin TV, so not having a license would not work. Believe me, I tried to get it cancelled, but the wife ruled against, lol

@IanGoddard88 @NOWTV I feel like they just ported the generic app from other platforms which makes version change easier but a lousy UX. especially jarring when paying £50ish a month for all this. Nothing beats the Apple TV for speed and ease of use so I won’t change from that. Fix your app
