    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    @NOWTV I payed £14.99 to watch Alvarez vs Siner with my kids. You put advertisements at will and to make it worst right in front of my kids there is man rushing to kiss each other. Dam you low life people how dare you do that?😡

    @hanstitches_ its literally the worst streaming platform too and this is comin from a hugeee paramount hater but somehow nowtv is even worse, ive gotten it twice for specific things, and ive had to cancel it ~6/7 times 🙃

    @NOWTV have you ever thought about fixing the buffering problem that your streaming service clearly has for live sports? People pay so at least figure out how to give us a service that doesn't jump every other minute 😤

    @ProtonVPN NOWTV not working in Spain, even on Stealth mode. It knows I'm using a VPN 😒
