My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

@NOWHelpTeam Not sure what you mean. The mobile data on my phone is linked to another network? My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

@nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.
