My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

@SkyUK WHY is your online store to order accessories closed?! This is the only place I can order a new NowTV smart remote £8 and it’s CLOSED!! No one over the phone can help so.....what the hell?!!

@NOWTV Sure. @Vodafone sent me a snow TV sports pass code, to replace the sky sports mobile I had. I followed the link, installed the app & then things just don't work. Or they start to work, then freeze & I'm told I need a pass. I have a pass. Plus nothing casts. Help chat cuts out.

@NOWTV I'm sure you can email an internal email address with the case number 08446537. You don't need security clearance to do that. Just another example of the organisation not being prepared to help or even type an email

@nowtv @nowtvhelp Why are your chat assistants not very good? Don't you train them properly? Twice now they've followed the script, "yes you have a pass, you get the following, that's not working, OK uninstall & reinstall, try again." Then chat goes dead. @VodafoneUK poor swap!

how long does the average @NOWTV black box last? Cause its started displaying error with player on the screen? But only when I've got sky sports on & I have to reload the program again

@camangusmurray @NOWTV Tried two TVs also tried through the firestick and two different phones, iPhone and Samsung. No connectivity issues as all other apps are working perfectly. Please respond.
