She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

@OpenreachHelp This is what @NOWTV have said…“ Openreach have told us that a cease and re-provide will be needed to get your broadband working to full capability.“ However closing & opening another account is at least 10-14 further days - please please @WeAreOpenreach can u just fix it?

@NOWTV I'd like to know why my home WiFi has gone down this afternoon? I've checked everything and it's all connected fine. I've tried turning the box off and on again but no luck. Is there a major issue with the home WiFi system in the Birmingham area at the moment?

@NOWHelpTeam The most frustrating thing is you online chat wasted so much time because they couldn't even be bothered to properly check your own list of supported devices. Now the game is 20 minutes gone, the app still doesn't work, and I have lost the will to ever use @NOWTV again.

it's been 6 days since i started trying to update my billing adr w @NOW. @NOWHelpTeam tried to help. still didn't work even after i'd put in 3-digit house number. also, still cannot use 'downloads' on app. cannot watch offline :( the latter issue was raised since 23jul #nowtv

@NOWTV Not one for normally doing this but your complaints procedure is an absolute joke! COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone. Would appreciate someone reaching out to me so that I can resolve my issue. Fed up of your useless website, where I can't even raise a query....
