She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

It's hard to fathom how NowTV still exists as an entity with such a bad UX. Truly awful. Desperately trying to give them money so I can watch the Scotland game tonight and they seem determined I should watch Masterchef instead.

@GameSpot It's zack snyder he grossly over used slow motion it was poorly written he tried to be too artistic in the end sequence and that God awful joker laugh the score made no sense and sorry to say this but poorly directed not worth 4 hours but worth the 7day free trail on nowtv

Why fill my youtube with animal categories & animal cruelty videos just because i had my nowtv box switched off for 12 hours. Stop putting stuff i don't watch or search for on my youtube. @TeamYouTube fix those algorithms. Stop putting videos on that have Sharenting in them.

@NOWHelpTeam Hi,since the update Nowtv has not been working on my Roku stick. The screen goes blank then goes back to the Roku homepage. I’ve tried everything. I know others are experiencing the same issue. Please can you sort it out

@itvhub scuse me can you fix the issue on the nowtv app that I will select resume episode, watch three minutes of adverts and then have the episode play from the beginning. Meaning when I fast forward to the point I was actually at I will have to watch another 2 mins of ads

@RokuSupport @beccammartin It's a recent update that's doing it, no amount of removing/reinstalling the app will fix it. NowTV is conducting a beta test publicly.
