My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

@nowtvhelp There is but there is no power point near that socket so it’s not possible to connect to the router. I have nowtv for almost 4 years now and had internet this morning so I find it strange that this is now a problem.

@nowtvhelp couldn't login to my nowtv account. Been on the live chat that say account has been suspended but can't tell me when or why all they can do is pass it on to another department who will contact me I. The next 48 hours so being denied a service I am paying for

@virginmedia All Broadband is down in my area, which is acknowledged on your website with an estimated fix time of 2pm tomorrow. Being that I have paid for NowTV to watch the football and cannot because of your service failing, what compensation can you offer me?

@nowtvhelp Must just be my expectations. Wait actually it can’t be.... because Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and funny enough Apple TV+ apps all work really well. Must be NOWTV as always trailing behind.... (Another free trail Shipper in Home Bargins) 🙄

@virginmedia My #Broadband speed is just 8.2mbps and has been for weeks! The main problem is that when that get's through the front door I'm not left with much to share with my wife and our three kids. God help us if the dogs ever ask for an iPad! @UswitchUK @NOWTV
