  My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

  She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

  @nowtv #911 why does 911 on #SkyWitmess have music between what would be the adverts on #catchup tv no other program on catchup have this annoying problem

  @Celtic1967_com I'm actually happy that I've spent over an hour demanding a refund for a NowTv day sports pass that didn't work. Otherwise I could've been watching that shitshow of a game. A good team ruined by **** mgmt, **** board, **** recruitment.

  @bradday14 @NOWTV I have the same problem. We have top of the range wifi so its a problem their end but they do next to nothing to solve it.

  Oh, great. Match might be abandoned and after I'd gone to such great lengths to keep the time clear of carers and after I'd activated the damn NowTV ticket... Pretty much had it with football this year. Gary Neville can piss off too with his awful & hypocritical takes.

  @matt303 Have you tried PingPlotter to check for dropped packets? I’m having intermittent problems with NowTV at the minute, but I’m currently blaming the onboard software on my TV.

  @G0F0RJ0E @NOW PL-0 is big problem. NOWTV get it sorted and provide upgraded app. Nobody wants to factory reset when your app does not work 😩

  @chris_dudley @NOWTV The analogy doesn't hold though.. the slotted screwdriver could still turn flat screws. The original manufacturer didn't issue an update that prevented the original product from performing its original function.

  @Heardster @NOW @NOWTV being fobbed off as being an ISP issue atm - funnily enough we watch tons of content in 4k on youtube, netflix and prime without these issues. But 720p F1 - gotta contact my isp when it buffers....

  @NOWHelpTeam we are having problems with our NowTV WiFi for the past week or two. It’s repeatedly dropping out and is making it very difficult to work from home or use for anything really! Please can you look into this?
