    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    So it seems the UFC moved from Discovery+ to HBO Max in the UK. I saw that NowTV just got HBO Max so I went there - no UFC. Went online - no HBO Max in the UK via web browser. Had to download an HBO Max app, sign in with my D+ details and then watch via TNT. What the actual ****

    Dear @hbomax and @NOWTV - why can't I download The Pitt onto my iPad to watch on a flight tomorrow? Is it a glitch with the new platform on Now TV, is it a problem with this series or is this simply unavailable for download for Now TV Subscribers?

    Hi @NOWTV I have ur app on an AmazonFire TV and on x1 firestick in another room. Neither are loading up shows at the mo. The buffering ring just goes around&around. I thought this may be down to my internet (although never been an issue before) but all other channel apps are fine

    I get so pissbaby mad, I got NowTv to watch HBO stuff but the app is the worst of any service, technically is sucks, freezes, buffering etc but the fact theres so many additional paywalls, ULTRA membership doesnt even remove ads it just drops them down to 30 seconds, ******* joke

    .@NOWTV Avoid their broadband service, as they have the worst customer support and they seek to scam you as they will not offer compensation or refunds when their service is not working. It will take you months to try to get any sort of money back. #poorcustomerservice
