She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

@SpanielRacing @f1cowboyman @SkyNews How is it different? I want a WiFi SkyQ box. I can't get the dish put in (trees), I have an awesome TV, NowTV is rubbish quality, so I'm left with no options.

@sjdhatters @kayc_1773 @SkyUK If NowTV had full HD and SkyQ recording capability, we'd ditch SkyQ altogether. Virgin Media have such a sluggish recording box and interface. If they got that up to Sky Q recorder quality, then that would be a third option.

@SkyUK It is but NOWTV isn’t anywhere near the level of sky with regards to investment, UX, channel selection and video/audio quality. Sky Glass looks to be the full sky experience via IP, which is awesome, I just wish I could use it on my Sony OLED.

If Sky Glass is anything like NowTV, it'll be **** streaming quality for everything except ads. I'll stick with what I have l, thank you.

Worst customer service ever from #NowTv. Manager didint have the common courtesy to call back, as promised to find a solution. Then i get informed that his off on AL the next day. Disgraceful and unprofessional at its peak.

@SirisKing UK Netflix sucks. I prefer Prime butter problem with Prime is I monthly for that, then I pay monthly for another 5 channel subs on Prime. Then I usually end up paying to rent or buy a film/series too. Then I have Netflix, NowTV, FightPass, etc. I really need to cancel some subs!

@NOWTV your level of cs is appalling. I have no internet and no one seems to be able to help me or rearrange for an engineer to come out when the original one didn't show up. Pleae DM so we can sort this out.
