My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

@scully1888 @NOW Wow really? Was gonna get nowtv for 3 months to watch TLOU but if this is the case then I will pirate Piracy only exists when there fails to be a better market option, and nowtv is awful: expensive, includes ads, and stream quality dips often.

@scully1888 @NOW I pay for Netflix, Amazon, Disney.. Would happily pay for NowTV but happy to admit I pirate Sky Atlantic stuff due to their attitude towards picture/sound quality. Too easy for a 5 min download in 4K/Dolby Vision/Atmos quality to bother with them.

@videotech_ @NOW Oh yeah no NowTV is ******* awful with its tiers, I don’t bother with it. @m_dmccallum showed me it when he was watching Peacemaker (I recommend btw) and even he unsubbed after that show.

@KettyBitch Oh, I hate NowTV. Awful service. Yeah, Netflix’s lowest tier is ad-supported now.
