  My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

  She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

  @skytv your NOWtv app is terrible, especially on AppleTV: I’d like to subscribe to your UHD service, but I get no sound on AppleTV! You are loosing revenue. No option to watch from start on live tv! Should be able to stream past live TV almost immediately. Please fix these issues

  @GermanTank_BW @SenabyeGee I'm not specifically talking him as opposition but the rest, on the issue of languages he offered an alternative i.e. focus on languages that can enable trade with the rest of the world, not familiar with the NOWTV issue, he also offered ideas on Bonno Housing

  @xprvu @sethsfilmreview nowtv speeds everything up by 1.25 and pitched up the audio plus the quality is dogshit
