Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

And NowTv cancels series quickly if they don't meet expectations... At the end of last season, they only had HS left...
