@mullsymcfc @LucySD_ Agree with that. The broadband is brill, but the customer service from Virgin is terrible. Don’t like Sky either. I’m with BT now that has a NowTV package attached. No complaints so far

worst customer service ever? @NOWTV and @nowtvhelp have so far failed for a WEEK to help me reset my password. i have had help on twitter, live chat and email and the best outcome so far is "click this link" which goes to an expired page - absolutely terrible terrible service.

@NOWTV @nowtvhelp surprise surprise next big game on TV and nowtv is full of errors playing channel, freezing pictures... The list goes on- I have unplugged I have reset and done all the stuff you will tell me to do yet again - I shouldn't have to do this every time I want to watch TV

.@NOWTV pleaaaase let me cancel my account! Every single time I try to Log in to cancel I get a “unable to sign In” error message. It’s impossible to speak to a human, too. This is ridiculous!
