    @ThreeUKSupport And it's down this morning, 100% signal strength on router but Internet showing as disconnected, same every time. Now having to travel to the office to work which I totally shouldn't have to do. Who refunds my Sky, NowTV and Amazon Prime when I can't use them?

    .@nowtvhelp I have subscribed for a monthly mobile sports pass but it does not show up on the NowTV App on my phone so I am unable to watch. Help!

    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV Thanks, just DM'd. We work for the NHS and are are now unable to work from home and are in the middle of deploying this vaccine! It's also my birthday tomorrow and now our neighbour is going to get all calls that are meant for me. OpenReach need to sort this asap.

    @NOWTV Has NOW TV considered improving their customer service I don't quite understand and why it is so difficult to access account information such as payments and why it is only seems to be accessible on your websites help section surely it should be detailed in my account?

    @NOWTV The Now TV app on my smart TV. I've had this problem a fair few times now. Sometimes its perfect quality sometimes its buffering and goes pixilated. I pay £40 with a "FULL HD BOOST"+Movies. Just not good enough for £40 a month. My Internet is perfect so it can't be that.

    @nowtvhelp really disappointed with the service from NowTV. No broadband since Weds. Numerous phone calls without a resolution. Having to put myself and others at risk as I can’t work from home and the kids can’t access the fantastic online provision school have put in place.

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp whenever I try to set up my account it says "Oops, that didn't go to plan..." This has happened on several devices I used to set it up. Any help would be good.
