@BTGroup please help! I signed up to the entertainment package with NowTV and Netflix over three weeks ago. Netflix is still not working and just been told on your helpline I should cancel and just sign up with Netflix directly! I just want what was offered

Hey @NOWHelpTeam My Mum’s phone line isn’t working - no dial tone - we’ve tried switching everything off and then on again, no joy. She’s hard of hearing so can’t use a mobile phone. Can you help please? #NowTV
