It says login details not recognised. Tried resetting my password but the link wouldn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled all apps but no joy.

Its purely because your streaming service is the basic one and you charge more for better quality. It kept jumping out of HD into what seemed like 111p

It's very embarrassing for Now TV/Sky to have made such an error and I would hope the person responsible has been taken off further duties relating to sending emails out!

Someone has used my mums CC details to take out a Now TV DD subscription but neither company will cancel it. Each time she calls they say the other has to do it! Please help
