Definitely a first world problem, but the NowTV box I bought for £5 on Black Friday a few years ago died this morning and for some reason the Disney app won't install directly on my smart TV. No watching Encanto this weekend :(

@abstex File this alongside NowTV offering some films/TV shows at an ever so slightly higher frame rate (I think it's the pal/ntsc problem). I had to abandon watching Fury Road because I could hear the pitch of some voices was too high :-/

3 & 1/2 years with sky broadband. Not one issue. Less than a month with @NOWTV and its gone down twice, is half its claimed speed and the customer service is, frankly, crap. Had no service since 8am, phoned three times, Now claim its openreach (it isn't) and they're not fussed

@NOWHelpTeam When contacting live chat the person said that this is a issue that a lot of customers are having right now! But can’t tell me when it will be sorted out! Asked if I had to get back in contact with nowtv and got told…not really!! What a poor service

@NOWTV Moved from NowTV broadband to BT broadband but carrying on all NowTV subscriptions. Changing today, but @NOWTV felt it necessary to cancel broadband at midnight last night (20 minutes ago) Terrible behaviour. Won’t ever go back.
