@nowtvhelp I was watching NowTV today and it crashed at 6:20pm. Can't log into my account now "Unable to connect to sign in, please try again later" I was on the Live chat for half an hour then got disconnected from that too. Please help, don't want to miss the match tonight.

@NOWTV We've been calling them nearly every day - they keep saying they have no information on what's wrong or how long it will take to fix. They simply pass the buck & blame Openreach. It's ridiculous, I've got 3 kids who are missing out on vital education !

@nowtvhelp There is but there is no power point near that socket so it’s not possible to connect to the router. I have nowtv for almost 4 years now and had internet this morning so I find it strange that this is now a problem.

@NOWTV Yes, I have seen the email. It's really, really amateur of whoever is responsible for such a large error. It's very embarrassing for Now TV/Sky to have made such an error and I would hope the person responsible has been taken off further duties relating to sending emails out!
