Well today’s the day....will @WeAreOpenreach turn up to fix my broadband. Now on day 15 of total loss of service. Failed to turn up twice already. Any ideas @NOWTV @nowtvhelp diabolical communication and customer service. Already feeling like my family will be let down again

@NOWTV Hi. I've arranged for broadband to be activated on Feb 20th. It's been changed, by you, to 22nd Feb. Why is this? Also, the hub delivery address is my current address, but the broadband is for my new address - only my current address is showing on my account. Help please.

@NOWTV Hiya! Yup, tried a service check, all ticks. Have had an engineer out a couple of months back and thought the problem had been fixed. No luck unfortunately, speeds always drop again a few weeks later.
