Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@camangusmurray @NOWTV Tried two TVs also tried through the firestick and two different phones, iPhone and Samsung. No connectivity issues as all other apps are working perfectly. Please respond.

@NOWTV Streaming quality is abysmal. Even with the added boost pass at £3p/m. Leonardo Di Caprio and Kate Winslet were looking like Minecraft characters. Ended up renting on prime.. guess what amazing quality. No internet issues whatsoever.

@NOWTV is your service down? I have tried logging in on my laptop phone and tv and keep getting error messages? I have signed up for sky sports pass. Will the issue be resolved before the Liverpool match?
