    Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

    Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

    @nowtv Can’t access my day pass to Sky Sports. Rebooted everything. Other passes are working fine. Others seem to be having issues with @SkySports too! Help!

    @NOWTV Please make the app better...constant issues streaming via TV. Internet connection is fine.40 quid a month for "something's not right "

    Does @nowtv intend to leave disabled customers with a poor unusable nowtv app over Christmas. @nowtvhelp get the seperate Nowtv app back on. Its Christmas. You know it can be done. A real good coder can do it in less than a day.

    @NOWTV I got an email this morning saying to reset my router when I clearly explained last night that that was not the issue and it is only your app having issues. I am not being given a refund. Thanks for the great customer service you guys give. Not.

    One of your staff removed every device from my Nowtv account without asking if thats what i wanted @NOWTV @nowtvhelp . Thats poor customer service for disabled customers. Fix this.

    @TurkishortyGoon They will never appear on netflix due to licensing issues,if your in the uk then take out a entertainment package subscription to @NOWTV and they are all available there. I'm currently in the middle of rewatching the sopranos and the wire and started Oz 3 days ago.

    @NOWTV My card was copied so it got cancelled by the bank. I missed my payment as a result. Received an email on Sunday from you to say in 2 weeks my account would be closed. It was closed yesterday, and as I work there's no one on chat. I have now added my new card. Any help welcome.
