  The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.

  The utter incompetence of @NOWTV broadband who can't even get their own phones to work, let alone my internet. They're run by Sky but can't match a Sky deal and can't answer what happens to my phone number and contract if copper wires stop while i'm in a contract with them...
