    Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

    Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

    @nowtv Can’t access my day pass to Sky Sports. Rebooted everything. Other passes are working fine. Others seem to be having issues with @SkySports too! Help!

    @nowtvhelp I tried to sign up to NOWTV broadband at the weekend, but upon paying you only took £60 not £65, meaning the account was never created. I still have no broadband and am now £60 out of pocket! Please help!

    @NOWTV said I had clicked on something so was charged for it, I didn’t select any extras but because my boys have clicked on it, it’s charged me. They refuse to help and just say tough that’s how it works. Please don’t fall for the free 7 day trial it’s all a con!!

    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV According to your online check there is no faults on the line, but yet I still am getting less than half of your ‘guaranteed’ speed that, before the work, I was reliably getting. I have also contacted you with all details via DM. I wait for a response.

    Warning do not use nowtv. I have been trying for 4 years to find out why they are charging my credit card. They do not have any help desk or phone number. Each month my credit card company have been recharging them back. Had enough of it - cancelled my credit card. @nowtv
