Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@canva Probably the least difficult work around is tethering your phone internet to your laptop. Not ideal but easier than getting in contact with NowTV!

@philbaylisss I would be in awful trouble and likely account deleted if I was to suggest you Go - ogle and search for the sport and streaming. DO NOT DO THAT.... (and certainly don't use a #nix OS box to circumvent any malware).... You could purchase a NowTV pass but I cannot comment on that.

@gnuchu Hi, can I ask on the hospital WIFI are all your apps running slow or not loading. It could be down to that the WIFI is not strong enough however, I would advise making sure nothing else is running on the phone when trying to load the nowtv app. This may help
