Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

.@nowtvhelp Dozens of NowTV and Sky broadband customers all lost internet access here yesterday, yet I called you just now and you still claim it's an individual issue and booked ANOTHER engineer appointment. 24 hours + without broadband now. while trying to work from home

@stevie2612 @NOWTV @virginmedia No I’m on a 108Mbps from virgin myself so no problem with my ISP just stating the fact the industry standard for 1080p is 5 Mbps not the 12 you need for Now TV but even at my 108Mbps it can be a poor stream on 720p on Now TV yet no problems streaming 4K on other services
