Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, we have a nowtv smart stick that seems to have stopped working. The TV constantly says 'No signal' we have tried all the usual turn it on/off etc, reset the stick reconnect to the WiFi... But nothing. Can you help please?

@NOWTV_It can someone get back to me that isn’t a robot about an issue I am having with Nowtv entertainment pack. That should have been included in our broadband package that has been missed off. I can’t seem to get anywhere online or by email!

@NOWTV I cannot get in contact with anybody at NOW via your website and I cannot sign in as it keeps saying sign in is not available. I need to cancel my account but I can't do that if I can't log in! Please help!
