Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWHelpTeam Trying to access NowTV app that comes with our Samsung telly, just refuses to load and clicks onto normal TV. Doesn't even show loading screen. Any ideas? Can't uninstall as app is loaded on the telly. NEED MY 'YOUR HONOUR' FIX!

@adam_sw11 @NOWTV Thank you! I won’t really know until there’s a match, but I’ll report back. Some channels work now, others say they require a NOW pass, but I think that’s consistent with the limitations of the Sky Mobile Sports pass anyway.

The @NOW app on my @RokuUK @Roku has totally disappeared from the Home Screen 🙁 when I search for it it’s showing up but not letting me go on it 😢 has anyone else got this problem? #NowTV
