Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@NOWTV I can't Steam F1 to any Chromecast without it crashing the app. Why don't you just make an app for the Nvidia shield, your casting always causes issues.

@IAMEPICAGENTS @scorpioredhair @SpotlightUK Try using mobile data if you are having account access problems. It seems Spitlight doesn't work with certain ISP's e.g. NowTV

Quick fix for people having the "Account access problem" on @SpotlightUK. It seems there are issues with certain ISP's e.g. NowTV that are stopping people accessing Spotlight. They are working on it but the quick fix would be to use phone data or a different net connection.

@NOWTV have just nicked £33.99 out of my account a month after me cancelling. Then the bloke on the live chat goes missing after I ask about it. Awful company
