Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

It’s been a while but once again having problems with my @NOWTV for whatever reason the channels are switching off at commercial breaks on live TV specifically Sky Showcase and Sky Max…it’s frustrating to say the least & I’m coming to the end of my offers for Entertainment Pass

@NOWTV your coverage of the tennis is truly awful. There’s currently tennis in Canada and you’re not showing it live. Says your coverage starts 5:30pm but play has been going for over an hour. WTF am I paying you £

@NOWHelpTeam why on Earth does the Roku version of the NowTV app crash/exit to the main Roku menu at EVERY ad break? It makes everything impossible to watch anything! Not good enough for a paid service!

Chat help me decide. NowTV - £32 a month for 1080p Locked in for 12 months, only get Sky Sports Virgin Media - £44 a month Locked in for 24 months, but get Sky Sports and TNT Sports
