@jonnytwang @NOWTV So this is a service and you guaranteed it would be on on the 3/02/2021 by midnight. You have clearly not got this right and this poor bloke is sat waiting with his kids in lockdown can’t even connect to do school work it’s a joke if I turned up to work 13 hours later nkk ok job

@NOWTV we have been trying to connect for the past 50?minutes to try to watch a bloody football match, and it does not work, we even used the chat and nobody is answering, such a waste of money. I will get a full refund and will cancel my membership.

Im giving them 6 months and if the quality continues to exceed Netflix, imma drop Netflix and just stick with my Nowtv movies, prime video and Disney+

@nowtvhelp is there a problem with the streaming service at the moment? Internet fine, can stream Netflix so issue not here. NowTV stick and ipad app not working

@theversion @NOWTV @UnstoppableLtd Clever thing with these cheap dramas ... they draw you in with a promising start and rely on audiences to stay tuned hoping for the plot to make sense and they never do. Too many like this now sadly. Quantity has taken over quality.

@NOWTV This is not the first time ive complained due to similar circhmstance his reply was close your account and did not address the 2 issues 1. Why was a boost applied 2. Why was the discount for last few months not applied His reply close your account or change the pin????

Another week another dreadful @NOWTV experience. Mobile app - you need to buy a pass Laptop app - it looks like you're offline Laptop browser - opens nowtv and buys pass (doesn't appear I'm offline). Now I can't activate my pass because both apps are comically terrible.
