@ITVXhelp is there a problem with Tonight’s Emmerdale on Itvx through the NowTv box, we can’t get it to load at all. Other programming works fine.

I mustered up the courage to ring NowTV to ask for a refund or some sort of discount but he said that basically I have to wait the 10 days to make sure the issue is resolved because if the issue persists they can only refund me ONCE so like, if i ask for a refund now i'll only

@NOWTV broadband customer service is terrible. Three people lying to me. Fourth call, person much more helpful but 30 mins after my call I got an email to reschedule my engineer appointment by another week - so no internet for 3 weeks. #unacceptable #angry

@NOWTV shocking service. Refund within 30 days. Now surpassed. Told there was an error in processing. Will be another 3-5 days. Who's refunds take 30 days? You process it, it's received within a week. Normally 1-2 days. 👎
