    @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

    @chefarchiepie @NOW @NOWTV It really is frustrating when they won't or can't help you. We're paying a subscription for a shows I can't watch as no subtitles so what's the point. And when you ask for help they ignore you

    ok how are people in the UK watching Hacks when it drops at 2am? my vpn just stopped working at the worst timing on a US max account and i'm gay and panicking someone pls help a gal out, I simply cannot wait and avoid spoilers till it's out on NowTV on 17th April.. ๐Ÿฅฒ #HacksHBO
