@NOWTV Can't get into my account. Keeps telling me "Unable to sign in, please try again later". Can't watch TV, getting the same error. And that chatbot thing is useless. And there is no phone number I can call. What do you suggest?

@HFOXX77 I tried to get out of my NowTV sub and I went through like 5 pages of stuff with button layouts moved around and everything. Its so awful 🙃

@btsport why is your streaming service so poor? I pay a lot of money each month to watch BT Sport football and in every game I miss huge chunks of the game because the stream keeps spooling. It's not my wi-fi speed as I have no problems with NowTV, Amazon Prime and Netflix!

Imagine paying £30 a month for NowTV for the football, you can't even watch half the league due to Saturday 3pm kickoffs and the service doesn't let you sign in to watch the games

I'm so curious at to why SO many companies internet is going down??? Virgin Media, Sky, NowTV (which uses Sky's servers((don't quote me on that)) but NowTV never usually has issues when Sky does), BT, TalkTalk, etc? Wtf is happening???

@virginmedia Yet again more external work to be done... this has happened from the first time they've moved my first instilation date! Seems nothing is happening my account has ZERO notes on it and my complaints haven't been recorded I've paid nowtv twice for football when I should have it!!

I mustered up the courage to ring NowTV to ask for a refund or some sort of discount but he said that basically I have to wait the 10 days to make sure the issue is resolved because if the issue persists they can only refund me ONCE so like, if i ask for a refund now i'll only
