@NOWTV thought there was something wrong with my broadband and reset everything and now find the whole of the uk has issues with sky sports on now tv. Not happy!!

@nowtvhelp @NOWTV everytime I fill in your "find account" it shows as "Sorry, we couldn’t find a match" - the account details are 100% correct and will not progress past this point. Looks like a technical issue on your site, please advise

@nowtvhelp My NowTV Stick has not been working correctly since I got it in October, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with you!! Please can you help? It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕

@NOWTV hello! using the streaming app on my laptop. My internet connection isn’t the greatest, but it keeps glitching a bit too much/there’s nothing I can do to adjust picture quality which is mostly grainy. Don’t have this problem usually.

@NOWTV Was just in live chat with someone but they have ended the chat without sorting issue out. Basically we have now been sent a set your password email but when we click on the link it takes us to a screen that says access denied

@NOWTV We are on an LG oled tv. We never had significant issues before until this week. It’s unusable and all the while Netflix and Disney plus are perfect so it is not a WiFi / broadband issue here

finally caved and got @NOWTV which has much better content than Netflix or Prime, but WHY is the streaming quality/player so rubbish.
