Why is @NOWTV so totally unusable? Trying to watch the #FRIENDSREUNION it will not allow me to rewind 2 seconds to rewatch a cherished moment without rewinding to the beginning. #infuriating. Is it on DVD?!?😡😡😡😡

For the price of the licence fee, I cld have Netflix and the entertainment pack of NowTV. I dont know about you, but the BBC offering looks like terrible value. You dont even have teletext any more ffs

the way I was using a nowtv free trial and the quality was so bad but now I’ve begrudgingly paid for a subscription it’s working fine🤔

@NOWHelpTeam Hey @NOWTVHelp my internet keeps dropping out once every 10-20 minutes, had people from nowtv come round a few months ago to fix the issue but has been happening again for a few weeks

@NOWTV_It can someone get back to me that isn’t a robot about an issue I am having with Nowtv entertainment pack. That should have been included in our broadband package that has been missed off. I can’t seem to get anywhere online or by email!
