@Kop205Row37 @NOWTV Hi. You having problems too. I paid £53.99 Dec and January for sky sports. Should have paid £20.00 then cancelled my sky sports on Monday so now an paying £53.99 for nothing. Apparently will all be sorted tonight 🤔

@NOWTV Hiya! Yup, tried a service check, all ticks. Have had an engineer out a couple of months back and thought the problem had been fixed. No luck unfortunately, speeds always drop again a few weeks later.

So if i put in a formal complaint & #Nowtv fixes the ui for disabled customers then what was the point of #Nowtv stating for months that they wont fix the ui for disabled customers. @Ofcom Why are companies allowed to treat disabled customers like that.

More Nowtv customers have to report the new ui as useless instead of just complaining about & not even posting it to @NOWTV . Nowtv has stated that they need more complaints before the fix or replace the useless UI for disabled customers. @Ofcom I have the email to prove this.

@nowtvhelp hello! I'm moving home soon, and I'm trying to work out if NowTV would need to send an engineer to install a broadband socket, or whether there's something already there, so it can be done remotely, without someone needing to come. Can you check this for me?

We've had 0 problems with our @NOWTV broadband for 6 months but within the last 2 weeks our internet drops out for 5+ minutes MULTIPLE times a day. Not only does it screw up our streams but I also work from home and need RELIABLE internet 😤

@NOWTV Yup. I’ve been through those steps a number of times. As I said, I’ve had an engineer out twice previously. My case was closed in December due to the assumption that the issue was fixed when I got 3mbps speeds. I’ve emailed yourselves to reopen my case.
