@bt_uk How can the hub be the issue? NowTV, BBC iPlayer, YouTube and every other app that can provide live feed works fine.

@nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.

@NOWHelpTeam Not sure what you mean. The mobile data on my phone is linked to another network? My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

@NOWTV I consider the user experience on macOS to be poor. I signed up yesterday, I watched a few minutes of one show, there was really bad sync between the HomePod minis, the quality was poor and the experience does not flow, can I cancel the subscription and get a refund?

@NOWSport Signed up to NowTV twice now, the first time when buying the plug inbox, then a couple of years later, hoping it would have improved. It hadn't. NowTV doesn't work at all.
