@NOW when I load up sports on nowtv I am getting a blank screen but can hear the sound. How can I fix this? Or can you fix this please? Paying a subscription for a blank screen is a mess.

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, uninstalled the app, reinstalled and signed back in. Unplugged and restarted the Firestick, still the same problem. NowTV App is version 8.1.5 (5.0.0).

God forbid you need to fast forward or rewind NowTV. Simply the worst app of all time. Also why does it cost extra for 5.1 sound? And why adverts? If you want to end piracy then make your paid services

@NOWHelpTeam Can you clarify what this means? That you don't provide technical support for certain TVs? NowTV definitely works 95%+ of the time, and there's an error code in the bottom right of the original screenshot I sent if that helps?
