    @NOWTV how do I get a refund for my now TV pass that I cancelled but still got charged for? And how do I make a complaint about your terrible cancellation web page? Deliberately misleading in order to keep business

    @NOWTV Yes I have spoken to your call centre executive, but of no help. They just say that you have informed openreach to send a engineer. Please get my broadband issues resolved ASAP!

    @NOWTV awful company i dont use nowTV nothing i like on it and really cant aforde the charge for a app that will not be used and the whole wqy its set up yo divert and plain block from cancelling the account is appalling

    Just giving @nowtv another chance after previous loading and buffering problems with no viable solution. Plenty of time to tweet during buffering. Time to give up and cancel contract.

    This is such a first world problem but it's infuriating that the NowTV app doesn't autoplay the next episode and let you skip opening credits. Oh and the subtitles keep disappearing 🙄 If anything they have is available on netflix I'll choose netflix every time @nowtvhelp @NOWTV

    @NOWTV Hi Team, I have placed order for Now TV broadband but my order was cancelled after few days. I am not sure why, I contacted your customer services but they do not know either why the order was cancelled. Can you please help ? Thanks

    @NOWTV We spent 3 hours on with hone to Internet provider, it’s not there issue it lays with you !!
