  @NOWTV @nowtvhelp 3rd week of having no broadband, which in lockdown is completely unacceptable. Constant daily phone calls and still no resolve! I need to escalate this but no one will help!!

  @NOWTV I am fully aware of that. The programme was recorded in 4:3 but looks square (really thick side bars). 16:9 TV adverts have black bars when they should be in full screen. No problems until yesterday.

  @NOWTV You are total charlatans. I’ve been trying to close my account for months now. I login cancel the passes. Have no passes to speak of but every month, there you are stealing money from my account. The website is a maze, round and round and round, no answers!

  @NOWTV @_fillips_ We have the same issue on the undoing. Subtitles don’t work on smart TV now app. Have noticed it with other shows too.

  @theFLICKpick @PrimeVideo This reminds me of the standard broadcast specs of NowTV in the UK. I dont have too many issues with prime other than the UI and a lot of films are just made for TV files so no HD/HDR or even 5.1. The kings of quality are stil Netflix, Disney Plus and AppleTV+

  @NOWTV I've been having log in issues since last night,it signed me out on my now TV box and wouldn't log in web browser, it worked this morning and has stopped working again. I even tried logging in the app on Roku stick and still the same.Customer service team via email useless

  Disappointed to find that the @NOWTV @nowtvhelp app won’t even fire-up on my up to date Mac. Online help-desk are worse than useless and they won’t even countenance a discount. #poor #customer #service
