@NOWHelpTeam I'm trying to enter a movie nights in code into the skystore app on nowtv and the app won't open. Keep getting 0003 error saying try later. Have restarted the nowtv stick twice including unplugging it.

@j_m_w_88 @NOWTV I get the same issue with @itvhub player, errors with buffering yet can stream from other apps.

can’t believe i wasted 9.99 getting nowtv to then watch something and realise the quality is dreadful???? cancelled instantly so that’s 9.99 straight down the drain, great

@NOWTV never experienced worst customer service as I have with @NOWTV. Been locked out my account due to incorrect password entered ONCE and now this is day 7 waiting for it to be unlocked. DISGUSTING AVOID AVOID AVOID

@nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.

@IGNUKDeals Been with them for a few years - but I’m away in Europe atm & unfortunately @NordVPN won’t work for streaming bbc IPlayer, nowtv etc so was a bit mift :-(

@NOWSport Signed up to NowTV twice now, the first time when buying the plug inbox, then a couple of years later, hoping it would have improved. It hadn't. NowTV doesn't work at all.

Is #Nowtv broadband the worst broadband provider ever? I can’t seem to get them to investigate the fact the broadband connection keeps dropping. They constantly want me to make changes to the router Wi-Fi … even thou we don’t use the Wi-Fi on the router… we have a mesh!

@OpenreachHelp I was on the phone with a very helpful assistant from @NOWTV who was on an online chat with @OpenreachHelp - they said nothing could be done. Despite explaining that our alarm system cannot be installed due to the lack of internet. What can you do to help?

@hayuhelps week after week there are errors with availability versus schedule @hayu_uk posts. I've tried the app, Prime, NowTV - all have issues. Subtitles are not available a lot of the time. I don't want a DM, I want to know here what you're doing to resolve this ongoing issue.
