@Kop205Row37 @NOWTV Hi. You having problems too. I paid £53.99 Dec and January for sky sports. Should have paid £20.00 then cancelled my sky sports on Monday so now an paying £53.99 for nothing. Apparently will all be sorted tonight 🤔

I congratulate @NOW, who has not been able to provide internet service for 17 days in the 21st century, England, UK. They also tried to charge for the service they didn't provide yesterday. Terrible service guys @NOWHelpTeam #NowTV #Broadband #NowBroadband

@NOWHelpTeam Live chat are quick to dismiss it as an app problem when it obviously isn't as it effects all of NowTV's apps I try. They then dismiss it as paraphrasing - as a partially deaf user I know what paraphrased subs look like, and in most episodes it's not "paraphrasing", but broken.

@nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.

Is #Nowtv broadband the worst broadband provider ever? I can’t seem to get them to investigate the fact the broadband connection keeps dropping. They constantly want me to make changes to the router Wi-Fi … even thou we don’t use the Wi-Fi on the router… we have a mesh!

@bt_uk How can the hub be the issue? NowTV, BBC iPlayer, YouTube and every other app that can provide live feed works fine.
