  @Kop205Row37 @NOWTV Hi. You having problems too. I paid £53.99 Dec and January for sky sports. Should have paid £20.00 then cancelled my sky sports on Monday so now an paying £53.99 for nothing. Apparently will all be sorted tonight 🤔

  @NOWTV it has been weeks now and the subtitles for The Pitt are still out of sync @HBOMax_UK can you help? I’m on episode 3 of series 1 and have had to stop because of this. It shouldn’t be this hard to provide access to all watchers.

  Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

  @NOW You've locked me in a 12-month NOWTV contract without me knowing, ignored my complaint for over a month and now 3 agents have closed chats with me and told me they cannot help me. Oh, surprise, no phone line that works! Disgusting.

  Now TV down on all platforms. I'm paying for a service that doesn't work. And they removed World War 2 with Tom Hanks, one of the few things worth watching! And ZERO customer service @NOW @NOWHelpTeam #nowtv

  @dumilaiweman Exactly. Fix Btv2 into a real content engine or fully commit to NowTV as Botswana’s digital future. Right now, we have weak broadcasting and a substandard streaming platform. Digital audiences won’t tolerate poor UX or half-hearted execution. With the "best" tools allegedly.

  @Delulu_Lila where to put it? it's nowtv problem that they buys so many dizi for every season. and if you don't know one production can't have two dizis on same day. so everyone put their series where they can.

  @CliveRoper @NOWTV it has stopped working on 2 LG tvs and an amazon firestick for me, but working fine on my phone. Funnily enough the tv/stick apps had all been logged out (and updated maybe?) and I needed to log in first, then the error.

  @Benleo Im having the exact same problem with nowtv since they have joined up with Sky. My only way to find out now is to cancel my direct debit and see who starts chasing me for their money!

  For months now @Spotify app constantly closes on @NOWTV stick. No sign of a fix so I give up! Thankfully there's better alternative services, as I've neither the time nor the patience for this bs!
