I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

David Aspinall (@David_Aspinall) reported@CliveRoper @NOWTV it has stopped working on 2 LG tvs and an amazon firestick for me, but working fine on my phone. Funnily enough the tv/stick apps had all been logged out (and updated maybe?) and I needed to log in first, then the error.

Simon Slater (@xxsasxx1981) reported@NOW My NowTV says I am streaming on another device which I am not.. I had to restart my comp and now I cant get on to watch it. Need to fix this issue as its a constent thing and is annoying.

Charlie Vanstone (@iamcvanstone) reported@PlanFluor @NOWTV @SkySportsF1 I’ve gone down that route, it’s completely fine. I’m not the only one dealing with this issue. It’s a known issue with NowTV. Otherwise, my internet works fine and other tv providers and live works fine.
