    Why is it that every time I watch a football match on @SkySports (@NOWTV app) the picture quality deteriorates at around the 60-min mark? My broadband speed is a steady 150Mbps. Are customers who don't pay for the Boost/HD option being penalised? Has anyone else noticed this?

    @ScottyReading @NOWTV Insane we’ve to pay an extra €5 for boost only to still get ads for the shows we’re currently watching it’s the worst feature @NOWTVHelp

    Why is there no way to limit the playback quality in @NOW??? I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. Such a weird oversight considering every streaming service has this option. #NOWTV

    @NOWTV got a day sports pass. Starting streaming at 20.30 last night.went to start again at 13.45 had to buy a new membership? Furious? Can u help? Lee

    @CliveRoper @NOWTV it has stopped working on 2 LG tvs and an amazon firestick for me, but working fine on my phone. Funnily enough the tv/stick apps had all been logged out (and updated maybe?) and I needed to log in first, then the error.

    @chefarchiepie @NOW @NOWTV It really is frustrating when they won't or can't help you. We're paying a subscription for a shows I can't watch as no subtitles so what's the point. And when you ask for help they ignore you

    The picture quality on the standard NowTV plan, which costs £35, is shocking. For that price, you don’t even get proper HD—you have to shell out another tenner for Boost. And last night they didn’t even bother showing Wawrinka’s farewell ceremony and just cut off the broadcast 😡
