    @lyncey_gilbe @skytv They have a special Bereavement team who was amazing and when my dad died mum had same problem .. they sorted it all out and within her price budget - if not cancel and use nowtv and you can just say can’t afford PAYG and they offer you like £1.99 a month for basically £19.99 sky

    @flixtonred Hi If you're unable to sign in to NowTV, I would recommend contacting your TV manufacturer as this would be a device issue and not an issue with Freely.

    @NOWTV I payed £14.99 to watch Alvarez vs Siner with my kids. You put advertisements at will and to make it worst right in front of my kids there is man rushing to kiss each other. Dam you low life people how dare you do that?😡

    @NOWTV why is it that I cannot speak to anyone in customer service. I cannot consume any service I pay for and all I get told through chat is someone will contact me "soon", no idea when soon will be and nobody can tell me. This is awful customer service
