@NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"

@now sad to report that despite only getting 0.8 Mb download (instead of 75) I am told there is nothing wrong by NowTV - so why did I call them? No apology just made to feel that it was my issue. Problem not resolved - customer service?? @SkyUK

@NOWTV hi, I've tried to use you're find my account feature on the website and it doesn't work. You're taking money from my account yet none of my log one work so I'm a bit confused as to why when I've already got an account I use and am being charged for. Please help?
