@NOWTV I’m on a free weeks trial, 3 days in and it’s only worked 50% of the times I use it... I’m on Amazon fire stick, also same issues on my partners account using PS4 in different location

@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

Buyer beware if trying to use @Sony offer of a free NowTV 1 month Sports pass when buying one of their TVs. They fail to tell you if you already have NowTV (Entertainment) via BT you are not eligible to use the offer! Terrible service.

@NOWTV I have spoken to Royal Mail so know what the issue is but @NOWTV chose to be in denial / would rather have someone be without internet and unable to work from home than pay the cost of posting a new box.

@nowtvhelp Hi @nowtvhelp I do not experience this with any other device or app. Only NowTV on PS4. I've got 7 day film pass and this is the same now. So Sports and TV both buffer. I can't use a LAN cable due to where router is. Anything else I can do?

@NOWTV you make it impossible to get in contact with a real person to resolve a problem but you can easily take more payments out of my bank account & I can't even speak to someone about it!
