@NOW @Sheridansmith1 Why do we need to delete and reinstall NowTV app on Apple TV every other day on the account of screen size either shrinking or expanding! Don’t have a problem with any other app except for NowTV!

@NOWTV Hi I’m trying to cancel my now tv account but when I log in it does not show my account details or payment details and shows the prices in euros I cannot cancel my payments either on my bank account as it shows as a card payment and not a DD or Standing order please help

Oh god. I’ve discovered an awful cop/‘profiling’ show on NowTV. It’s like a Hannibal Lecter setup but Hannibal is Michael Sheen and Will Graham/Clarice is his son who is ‘crazy’ enough that he has to sleep in restraints. It’s so ******* camp

@NOWTV no internet connection for 6 weeks, charged for services totally unusable. Made complaints via phone to no avail. Asked to speak to a manger John in the technical team refused to put one on the phone. #inept #daylightrobbery
