    Hey @NOWTV My router and TV are less than 10 metres apart, great speed to the router yet can barely watch anything being streamed. It is dire. Either I get severely low quality or it just buffers for ages

    @NOWHelpTeam It's not all that long ago that I bought a new NowTV stick from you, and that stick is now broken. It won't play anything, at all. What a waste of my money.

    Real fan of paying £33+3 per month for @NowTV sports pass, over and above Sky broadband, only for it all to crash on kick off.
