Pablo (@pabloscouse) reported@NOWTV Your product needs to really start thinking about the customer. Moving from kitchen TV to living room - 10 mins without a stream. Moving from living room TV to mobile - 10 mins without a stream. I shouldn’t have to pay for multiple devices because your app is terrible.

Ai Lord Elvo🐜 (@theokhumoitsile) reported@dumilaiweman Exactly. Fix Btv2 into a real content engine or fully commit to NowTV as Botswana’s digital future. Right now, we have weak broadcasting and a substandard streaming platform. Digital audiences won’t tolerate poor UX or half-hearted execution. With the "best" tools allegedly.

Amy 🥀🗡️ (@wishversed) reported@NOW You've locked me in a 12-month NOWTV contract without me knowing, ignored my complaint for over a month and now 3 agents have closed chats with me and told me they cannot help me. Oh, surprise, no phone line that works! Disgusting.

Dan Wyke 🦠➡️🧠🔥 (@Dan_Wyke) reportedWhy is it that every time I watch a football match on @SkySports (@NOWTV app) the picture quality deteriorates at around the 60-min mark? My broadband speed is a steady 150Mbps. Are customers who don't pay for the Boost/HD option being penalised? Has anyone else noticed this?
