    @NOWTV Please fix subtitles on Season 1 Episode 3 of #ThePitt! They are completely out of sync with what is happening so the episode canโ€™t be enjoyed by Deaf and Hard of Hearing members. Iโ€™m not going to continue paying for an entertainment pass I cannot use. #deafaccess

    I have used many streaming services, and I think in terms of quality, NowTV is among the worst. You pay extra for UHD and better audio, and frequently donโ€™t get it even on current content. I watched one episode recently where the audio was screwed up.

    @flixtonred Hi If you're unable to sign in to NowTV, I would recommend contacting your TV manufacturer as this would be a device issue and not an issue with Freely.
