@SkyHelpTeam @bigdayv Hey @SkyHelpTeam I’m having the same problem and I was told the app is no longer available to new customers, this includes previous subscribers who have cancelled their subscription and are looking to re-subscribe. And should use NowTV as an alternative.

@garybibby @NOWTV And no 5.1 it’s awful. I can’t see the point of that so still running the NowTV app on the TV rather than the Apple TV box

NowTV isn’t working on my windows 10 PC I’m getting error code VGC-4259315739:3 . I’ve uninstalled multiple times and restarted my router. Still getting the same error message

@nowtvhelp We use the NowTv app on a Samsung smart Tv. (Tu7100) Originally never had any kind of issues but now buffers throughout any show we watch. Have carried out numerous hard resets on all equipment.

@Tachyon0011 @NOWTV Haha apparently not - I got to watch 30 minutes of a film and it then goes back to the same screen yet the boxes don't seem to have a problem just the sticks.

@NOWTV any reason I can’t search on the app on the firestick? wants me to press a red button.. but there isn’t a red button on my remote so how’s that work? I thought most firesticks were compatible?! Hmmm...
