@NOWTV broadband due to be activated yesterday still dead today. Without any service and your rep said its open reach issue need engineer. Any way getting them out earlier I'm a Dr and need stable access to Internet. Not very happy I should have been informed there was issue

@NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Bloody useless the pair of them, couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly alone without support. Helplines are inept!

@EGadsby I hate to say this but we bought a Samsung not long ago and had a similar issue with NowTV app. Off at the plug and back on worked for us.

@NOWTV have to be one of the worst ISP’s I’ve encountered, consistently **** service. I can’t pin it all on them most ISP’s I’ve dealt with professionally and personally have been shite, thinking of just binning off the internet.
