@NOWTV I recently noticed that I'm getting charged more for this, and any time I try and go into my services, it tells me there's an error. I would like to know why I'm getting charged like a tenner more than I should be. :)

@goth_chick33 @BBCiPlayer Same here. On NowTV box. HUGE subtitles with black background. It looks awful. Why make it look so bad @BBCiPlayer? At least give us some settings!

@NOWTV After being charged £58 for 4 calls to Now TV support line for using 0901 and 0904 numbers instead of the 03303323050 number (not easy to find on the website) I have received some compensation for my error. I feel more inclined to be positive about the company. #goodwill

The BBC TV this year... Is the worst ever. No wonder we don't pay for a license. Its all about Netflix, Prime and Nowtv. Mr BBC you don't even have one good blockbuster film on. @BBC

@NOWTV I speak to an individual who assures me the problem is with my router. I try and tell him that there's work taking place downstairs and I reckon it could be that. The guy completely dismisses me and says it's definitely the router.

@NOWTV I have just had an email to say I have purchased the sky sports day Pass, NOW TV Boost and Sky cinema pass on my account. However I did not carry out this purchase. I have cancelled all passes but have been charged when I did not authorise this. Can you help?

@NOWTV why is it so hard to speak to a human? None of the chatbot categories are related to my account issue.
