So @NOWTV thought they would up my BB from £23 pm to £32 pm, without telling us 🤨 Not only that, but it also has terrible connection and download services! Cant even half 2 items connected without interumptions 😠

@DrHoenderkamp @virginmedia Doc Renee - looked all these replies. Nobody ever shown me service providing a faster BB together with all TV channels (I’m big on sport) plus Netflix, etc. Yes it’s expensive. Yes occasionally breaks. Yes CS not best. Yes expensive. No I don’t work for them. TOOB and NOWTV - no.

@NOWTV can someone please tell me how to sign out and sign in to the Now app on LG Smart TVs? Everything online says to go to ‘My Account’ but that option is simply not there. I’ve tried everything.
