So @NOWTV thought they would up my BB from £23 pm to £32 pm, without telling us 🤨 Not only that, but it also has terrible connection and download services! Cant even half 2 items connected without interumptions 😠

@NOWTV Hi thanks for the reply what a rip-off I would hope a company like NowTv would give some form of Conversation for the money spent out on these two boxes they were purchased from John Lewis as a large amount of money and cannot afford to just throw things away will you help ??

AVOID @NOWTV phone and broadband. They won’t port your number when you request. Awful customer service. Terrible company. #poorcustomerservice
