    It’s not the tv - NowTV, PS5 and Nintendo Switch all work. Think I broke my Xbox series X somehow when i fell the other day 😢😢😢

    @Kjvincent1979 I use DirectSave which is the cheapest I could find - with an inclusive landline package it costs me about £30 a month. Brilliant customer service, only issue was when a router died. New one arrived 2 days later. 45-50 mb downloads.Also a NowTV stick so I can access sky channels.

    @NOW @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv box has had an update but we cannot access any of the on demand section. I can select nowtv on the remote, but it’s just a loading screen for 45ish seconds and then goes back to the home screen. I’ve rebooted the box and our WiFi is good. Help please?!

    @NOWTV I have an entertainment pass that expires soon but when I enter the code I get the message now TV having issues with passes. I don't want it to expire before I can use it. I tried yesterday too. Can you help?

    @NOWTV I have bought 2 now tv sticks and both remotes keep freezing. I have tried everything on your website and its not working. Please can this be rectified. I have chucked both receipts so please can you send 2 free ones. Looking at your website dont think im the only one. Ta

    Hi @talktalk - do you have an issue with your DNS. My internet not connecting normally but using VPN it will. Also nowtv can stream. I suppose a router reset will fix - but don't want to!

    @BarclaysUK I have just discovered I am having money taken out of my account by @NOWTV for 'billing help' When I haven't used their service since May, possibly April. I would like some help please in getting the money back they have quietly dipped out of my account.

    My @NOWTV experience since joining has been awful. On my 1st day, I called to see if they could install sooner. They couldn't. They text me later to delay it by 3 days actually...

    @nowtvhelp I use a nowtv smart stick and it works well. Can I link another TV in another house 260 miles from my home using a second smart stick but using the same account and login?

    @NOWTV I speak to an individual who assures me the problem is with my router. I try and tell him that there's work taking place downstairs and I reckon it could be that. The guy completely dismisses me and says it's definitely the router.

    @NOWTV how do I find my user name. The “help desk” of awful and I’m getting now where
