Brilliant customer service, only issue was when a router died. New one arrived 2 days later. 45-50 mb downloads.Also a NowTV stick so I can access sky channels.

. (@rugbydropout) reported from St. Ives, England@NOW @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv box has had an update but we cannot access any of the on demand section. I can select nowtv on the remote, but it’s just a loading screen for 45ish seconds and then goes back to the home screen. I’ve rebooted the box and our WiFi is good. Help please?!

I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

Clive Roper (@CliveRoper) reported@NOWTV Anyone answering Live Char tonight?? Waiting for ages. Now Tv not working on Hisense tv or Amazon Firestick today, all the apps and services on both are working fine. Rebooted tv, router and broadband. All services except Now are working fine!!
