@NOW @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv box has had an update but we cannot access any of the on demand section. I can select nowtv on the remote, but it’s just a loading screen for 45ish seconds and then goes back to the home screen. I’ve rebooted the box and our WiFi is good. Help please?!

It’s not the tv - NowTV, PS5 and Nintendo Switch all work. Think I broke my Xbox series X somehow when i fell the other day 😢😢😢

@CarysAnnT @NOWTV Just because she cried it doesn’t mean she’s incapable of looking after herself. She can’t fart without permission from her dad/conservatorship which is glorified power of attorney. She’s fit enough to work for them though.

@4Viewers Hi All4 - we keep getting an error message when trying to login to the app on the TV. Your message says “Well, this is Embarrassing... please try again in a few minutes”. We are accessing through a NowTV stick, if that helps.

@nowtvhelp Hi, The Now TV app has stopped opening on my iPad Pro running iPadOS 14.5. I see the NowTV splash screen followed by the spinner and then the app closes. I have the latest version of the app and have removed it and reinstalled it but it's still not working.

@NOWTV Great doc, terrible pressures from paparazzi but the ‘free Britney’ group ruin it for me. They are obsessed when they should be concentrating on enjoying and developing their own lives.

@stevie2612 @NOWTV @virginmedia No I’m on a 108Mbps from virgin myself so no problem with my ISP just stating the fact the industry standard for 1080p is 5 Mbps not the 12 you need for Now TV but even at my 108Mbps it can be a poor stream on 720p on Now TV yet no problems streaming 4K on other services

@NOWTV I can't access my account through any platform, it just says "Unexpected error" or "There was a problem signing you in". I've tried the Live Chat but it keeps timing out. I'm being charged monthly for entertainment passes I cannot use!

@NOWTV I have Entertainment Pack + Boost, watching Westworld S02 stream quality says 128. If I close down app and restart it says 7834. What’s going on? Still on free trial, seems like boost not worthwhile. On Firestick 4K.
