UKRyan (@RyanUK90) reported@NOWHelpTeam Your self service checker is awful, it originally claimed the internet appeared slow but the speeds normal (33Mbit down), it then claimed the issue was within the house yet nothing has changed in the house and I even tried the other NowTV router. Same issue via master socket.

John Bull (@garius) reported@NOWTV Right now the only path I can see to actually chatting to a human being at @NOW is to physically rip the line to my house out of the box over the road. So that the line test will fail. So that I can tell them the router is broken. It's a magnificent bit of banality of evil.

No help on the website and seems you try your best not to give contact to real people. Turns out it is iCloud Private Relay. nowTV WILL NOT WORK with it in the UK. Hopefully useful info for people
