Hey @NOWTV could you help me my iPad used to launch the app with no problem, now won't load. It's been like this for three days now. Tried deleting app and reinstalling and I've restarted the iPad, will have to cancel subscription if this continues.

Hey @NOWTV been having issues with connectivity for around 6 months now and was told a new stick was being sent my back back in October and still nothing? Now the remote doesn’t work so you’re pretty useless to me right now

@NOWTV_It can someone get back to me that isn’t a robot about an issue I am having with Nowtv entertainment pack. That should have been included in our broadband package that has been missed off. I can’t seem to get anywhere online or by email!

@NOWHelpTeam please can someone DM me. My NowTV smart stick has not been working for 2 days now. Just get a spinning circle on the homepage. I can watch through other apps such as My5 so it’s not a wifi problem. Tried a reset but same issue. Please help!
