@NOWTV Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Cancelled my internet subscription. Ordered middle of November for activation on 18th of December. Activation date pushed back to 29th of January for no reason. Spoke to 6 or 7 different advisers, no updates

@NOWTV have to be one of the worst ISP’s I’ve encountered, consistently **** service. I can’t pin it all on them most ISP’s I’ve dealt with professionally and personally have been shite, thinking of just binning off the internet.

@NOWTV My internet has stopped working from 1pm today and is still not back on. Called customer service earlier but they couldn’t help. The router is saying connected but can’t stream or access internet on any of our devices. I’ve switched off router and reset but still nothing
