I can select nowtv on the remote, but it’s just a loading screen for 45ish seconds and then goes back to the home screen. I’ve rebooted the box and our WiFi is good. Help please?!

Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England@Kjvincent1979 I use DirectSave which is the cheapest I could find - with an inclusive landline package it costs me about £30 a month. Brilliant customer service, only issue was when a router died. New one arrived 2 days later. 45-50 mb downloads.Also a NowTV stick so I can access sky channels.
