It’s not the tv - NowTV, PS5 and Nintendo Switch all work. Think I broke my Xbox series X somehow when i fell the other day 😢😢😢

@Kjvincent1979 I use DirectSave which is the cheapest I could find - with an inclusive landline package it costs me about £30 a month. Brilliant customer service, only issue was when a router died. New one arrived 2 days later. 45-50 mb downloads.Also a NowTV stick so I can access sky channels.

@NOW @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv box has had an update but we cannot access any of the on demand section. I can select nowtv on the remote, but it’s just a loading screen for 45ish seconds and then goes back to the home screen. I’ve rebooted the box and our WiFi is good. Help please?!

@NOW Imagine paying for 720p & adverts in 2022. And then expecting people to pay another charge to upgrade to 1080p & remove ads. The app is absolutely terrible, laggy, just generally disorganised. NowTV is miles behind it’s competitors.

It is infinite bullshit that Dexter is not available as part of subscription on @NetflixUK , @primevideouk or @NOWTV to help overcome the horror that was the end of New Blood. Its rubbish.

Unimpressed with #NowTV broadband. There’s only three of us at home right now, one of whom I can hear snoring, and it’s dismal! Three months into a twelve month contract, several convos asking them to do something and it’s still awful. Won’t be renewing!!M

If @NOWTV could sort out this concurrency error message that comes up when you stop your phone streaming to chromecast and then try to watch it on your phone, that would be great. Says you're watching on too many devices, yet stops you watching on any

@YNWA_4Life @SkyHelpTeam I read somewhere it did, and the cast option became available on the app, but not working now. Had to dig out the old nowtv stick ha.
