It’s not the tv - NowTV, PS5 and Nintendo Switch all work. Think I broke my Xbox series X somehow when i fell the other day 😢😢😢

@NOW @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv box has had an update but we cannot access any of the on demand section. I can select nowtv on the remote, but it’s just a loading screen for 45ish seconds and then goes back to the home screen. I’ve rebooted the box and our WiFi is good. Help please?!

@NOWTV You have just told me over the phone that the wifi connection is not your responsibility and because I am not a commercial customer it is not your problem if I cannot use your internet connection to teach. This will work well when I cannot teach from home next week.

Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV
