It’s not the tv - NowTV, PS5 and Nintendo Switch all work. Think I broke my Xbox series X somehow when i fell the other day 😢😢😢

@NOW @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv box has had an update but we cannot access any of the on demand section. I can select nowtv on the remote, but it’s just a loading screen for 45ish seconds and then goes back to the home screen. I’ve rebooted the box and our WiFi is good. Help please?!

@Kjvincent1979 I use DirectSave which is the cheapest I could find - with an inclusive landline package it costs me about £30 a month. Brilliant customer service, only issue was when a router died. New one arrived 2 days later. 45-50 mb downloads.Also a NowTV stick so I can access sky channels.

@OpenreachHelp Well, your Engineer didn't turn up, completely lied and cancelled the job as he "couldn't get access" and now I have to wait weeks again for another cancellation & pay another huge phone bill to tether my laptop because I have to work remotely👍 @OpenreachHelp Provider is @NOWTV

@virginmedia you promised to monitor our internet and we are still having issues I was in the middle of a Pilates class boys turned on the F1 via nowTV and I’m shut out of screen mirroring poor poor service

Can we all just agree that among the plethora of streaming platforms for us to fix our eyeballs on, @NOWTV is patently the worst? They interrupt your viewing with ads, don’t let you stream on more than one device — and charge for the privilege. Without HBO they’d be nothing.

Can you help !!?? Had the NOWTv Player for a while on Mac and for the most part its been pretty reliable. However it now states ' You have screen recording software on your comp' and won't play!! I have read through the HELP page . And forums. Nothing works. anyone? @NOWTV

Lol at my beef with NowTV but why are they telling me to pay even more so I don’t have to have adverts when literally no other streaming service do this and also their user interface is awful!!!!
