It’s not the tv - NowTV, PS5 and Nintendo Switch all work. Think I broke my Xbox series X somehow when i fell the other day 😢😢😢

@NOW @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv box has had an update but we cannot access any of the on demand section. I can select nowtv on the remote, but it’s just a loading screen for 45ish seconds and then goes back to the home screen. I’ve rebooted the box and our WiFi is good. Help please?!

@Kjvincent1979 I use DirectSave which is the cheapest I could find - with an inclusive landline package it costs me about £30 a month. Brilliant customer service, only issue was when a router died. New one arrived 2 days later. 45-50 mb downloads.Also a NowTV stick so I can access sky channels.

@NOWTV I'm trying to sign up to NowTV. I enter my postcode and then choose my address from the list. But the site just returns "Whoops that didn't go to plan, please try again.". Are there any known issues with the site that might be causing this?

@NOWTVIreland I predict the NowTV app will crash every time I leave it to answer a message or whatever. And it will almost never remember what episode I was watching.

@NOWTV Thank you, when I cancelled my pass, now tv then decided to open two new different passes and charge me for those instead? I have now cancelled those but is it possible to issue a refund please? Due to this I have spent £25 in two days on now tv which I can’t afford

@NOWTV Samsung Smart TV. It’s not an issue as such, the search function is just terrible. Type ‘The’ and it suggests ‘A League of THEir Own’! I know the letters T,H and E are in their but come on!
