@NOW @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv box has had an update but we cannot access any of the on demand section. I can select nowtv on the remote, but it’s just a loading screen for 45ish seconds and then goes back to the home screen. I’ve rebooted the box and our WiFi is good. Help please?!

@Kjvincent1979 I use DirectSave which is the cheapest I could find - with an inclusive landline package it costs me about £30 a month. Brilliant customer service, only issue was when a router died. New one arrived 2 days later. 45-50 mb downloads.Also a NowTV stick so I can access sky channels.

It’s not the tv - NowTV, PS5 and Nintendo Switch all work. Think I broke my Xbox series X somehow when i fell the other day 😢😢😢

@NOWTV's router is terrible. The WiFi is awful, can't reach upstairs in our relatively small house. And only two wired ethernet ports too.

Weirdly it looks like Apple TV 4K is supposed to pause , it doesn’t work. And now since I was watching with my nowtv box I cannot watch on Apple TV as I am “watching tv on too many devices” I have powered the other box off and still get error, are you trying to annoy customers ??

@NOW Ok I give up, which devices can you actually pause live streaming on Nowtv ? Seems like you cannot on Apple TV 4K, you can on the old nowtv black boxes, but you don’t sell those anymore, can you on any of the new Roku boxes ? Docs are terrible for this …..

I think that @NOWTV has the worst user interface and user experience that I have ever seen in my life, and I've had to apply for a Visa from the Indian Consulate!

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, the Live chat team couldn’t help. They said it’s an iTunes issue and iTunes say it’s a NowTV issue..
