@NOW @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv box has had an update but we cannot access any of the on demand section. I can select nowtv on the remote, but it’s just a loading screen for 45ish seconds and then goes back to the home screen. I’ve rebooted the box and our WiFi is good. Help please?!

It’s not the tv - NowTV, PS5 and Nintendo Switch all work. Think I broke my Xbox series X somehow when i fell the other day 😢😢😢

@Kjvincent1979 I use DirectSave which is the cheapest I could find - with an inclusive landline package it costs me about £30 a month. Brilliant customer service, only issue was when a router died. New one arrived 2 days later. 45-50 mb downloads.Also a NowTV stick so I can access sky channels.

The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

@thatteacherguy_ @PrimeVideo I'm shocked at how boring they managed to make Tolkien. Deeply boring. Wooden performances don't help it. I don't have NowTV or Sky so HofD has passed me by but after the finale of GoT, I figure it's skippable.
