    It’s not the tv - NowTV, PS5 and Nintendo Switch all work. Think I broke my Xbox series X somehow when i fell the other day 😢😢😢

    @Kjvincent1979 I use DirectSave which is the cheapest I could find - with an inclusive landline package it costs me about £30 a month. Brilliant customer service, only issue was when a router died. New one arrived 2 days later. 45-50 mb downloads.Also a NowTV stick so I can access sky channels.

    @NOW @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv box has had an update but we cannot access any of the on demand section. I can select nowtv on the remote, but it’s just a loading screen for 45ish seconds and then goes back to the home screen. I’ve rebooted the box and our WiFi is good. Help please?!

    @NOWHelpTeam I had a trial for 7 days which started yesterday but already cancelled but nowtv has taken £12 out of my bank?! The trial hasn’t even finished. Please help.

    @sheepyk Sky Sports via a NowTV stick & BT Sport via a phone to Chromecast into the same telly work absolutely no problems at all. Amazon live sport is always shite Wasn’t bandwidth - only other appreciable activity on the network was 6 Music to a Sonos. 50mbps availabile bandwidth

    @ShaneBeattyNews Don’t mind NowTV, but without fail every movie we have watched in Now over the past 2 weeks has frozen at least once - we don’t have the same issue with Netflix or Prime.

    @OpenreachHelp @NOWTV don’t seem prepared to do this, despite the original date of 09/12 having been missed and us now being left without service. An update was expected from yourselves today, but we’re now being quoted a different issue with operations on your end, and another week of waiting.

    @NOWTV Why isn't it possible to activate a sports day pass through your Fire TV app? If I buy it via my account page it should be available to use in any of your apps on any device. You need to fix this.

    @Bobilly10 All the series tend to be available elsewhere as ‘on demand’ via NowTV (predominantly sky), Netflix and Prime… most can also be found on YouTube. I don’t think you will have any problem finding what you want without the licence x

    @NOWTV looking for some help with appaling network speeds and the number for contact which I am supposed to be able to find when I log in has vanished. Any help here at all?
