@SonyUK I bought a new Sony tv last March and infuriatingly the sound won’t work on some of the apps like prime, nowtv, you tube. It was a seriously expensive purchase that just doesn’t work as it should. Any ideas?

@claudelittner @BuyCarParts @GLS_Germany Can't get the staff nowadays Claude. I was as frustrated at NOWTV for their ploy to get people to pay for a better quality picture. So they fuzzed the picture, watching the football the players were blurred you couldn't see who was on the ball. Yet adbreaks were crystal clear😤

@fringebats I didn't know NowTV had Sky channels what ?? 😭 I just hope we're able to get good quality streams of it from here if it's the only option 🙁 Thank you though Fatma!

@nowtvhelp @W92Baj @NOWTV I’m having issues again! Broadband is down for the 7th time this year 😞 its to the point now where I can’t chill out and watch a film or play on the ps5 because it’s always in the back of my mind that it might just go off at anytime. Poor service.

@fringebats Whatever you do I wouldn't recommend NowTV, Fatma. The streaming quality is pretty horrendous and I had to endure that for the entire final season of Game of Thrones lol

Credit where it's due, I reported a problem to @NOWTV yesterday regarding our recently installed broadband - they had an engineer out today who's fixed the issue and now everything is working as expected. Awesome stuff, @NowTVHelp. #ServiceStandards
