I cannot login to my account and there is no way to resolve this as all services require login and there is no technical support to TV customers. I'm paying for a service I can't access. There must be hundreds of people in this helpless position. How can I resolve this? @NOWTV

@NOWHelpTeam It’s back on now. Was a temp thing. Trouble is the nowtv fix suggested it was our cable but it wasn’t. Would be nice to have accurate troubleshooting.

@NOW @nowtv I subscribe to your "super fibre" broadband service. For the last 24 hours its download speed has been far below the guaranteed 70 mbps---it's currently 39 mbps---and the connection keeps dropping. I'm in CH1. What's the problem, and what are you doing to fix it?

@NOWHelpTeam I tried that and it didn’t work. Also tried the app on my phone it couldn’t stream either. It's like NowTV is being blocked, but every other streaming service works just fine.
