I cannot login to my account and there is no way to resolve this as all services require login and there is no technical support to TV customers. I'm paying for a service I can't access. There must be hundreds of people in this helpless position. How can I resolve this? @NOWTV

@flintley @samueldhopkins I’ve never loaded it through a web browser but the apps on my tv and my nowtv stick, these functions work fine

@Barclaycard Thank you Ross. Everyone I have contacted at @Barclaycard is really polite. It is just frustrating that nobody is able to sort this out. @NOWTV can't help as they don't recognise us as being customers.

help my nowtv remote app on my phone wasn’t working and i’ve just realised it’s because i was connected to the wrong box for 30 minutes....FOR 30 MINUTES SOMEONE ELSE HAS HAD THEIR NOWTV DOING **** THEY WERENT CONTROLLING😭😭😭😭
