I cannot login to my account and there is no way to resolve this as all services require login and there is no technical support to TV customers. I'm paying for a service I can't access. There must be hundreds of people in this helpless position. How can I resolve this? @NOWTV

@mr_n_poos Just seeing this after my issues in March of this year saying Eurosport was going and forcing me to NOWTV. Can I ask how you got the Feb 2021 date for it being removed as no one in BT will tell me when and I feel I’ve had the wool pulled over my eyes for the last 9 months. Thanks

@PrimeVideo - you used to be great. Though recently, you’ve lost your touch: you have some great content, but it’s useless if your streaming service & picture quality is unwatchable. Netflix, Youtube, NowTV etc., stream in pin-sharp HD; PrimeVideo: inferior to VHS & stop-start.

@NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Bloody useless the pair of them, couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly alone without support. Helplines are inept!

@NOWTV have to be one of the worst ISP’s I’ve encountered, consistently **** service. I can’t pin it all on them most ISP’s I’ve dealt with professionally and personally have been shite, thinking of just binning off the internet.

@NOWTV My internet has stopped working from 1pm today and is still not back on. Called customer service earlier but they couldn’t help. The router is saying connected but can’t stream or access internet on any of our devices. I’ve switched off router and reset but still nothing

@EGadsby I hate to say this but we bought a Samsung not long ago and had a similar issue with NowTV app. Off at the plug and back on worked for us.
