    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    @NOWTV I pay for the Sky Sports subscription and the quality of the streams I get lately is awful. My speed is 500mbps so it's not that... Can anyone assist? I'm not able to watch most channels.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi i was you for broadband,now with @NOWTV have been for 7yrs They don't want to help with deal ,I am thinking of switching to you (same company) but it's saying I'm already a sky customer on the website ,and I want the £80 voucher ,should I still sign up

    Dear @NOWTV please make sure that your live streams actually lip sync with the audio & that every time you cut to a break that the app doesn’t crash please? I’m getting kind of bored of it now. If this is what I pay for, you need to try harder #SortItOutPlease #SickofIt
