My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

@nowtvhelp should the NowTv app work on Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV stick? I have the stick for a while but the TV is fairly new. The app says unavailable when click to download.

@NOWTV I purchased a new subscription yesterday but as usual its buffering and frame freezing. To contact you by phone (your bots don't work either) it costs £6 plus my providers fee. All I am asking for is you to provide the service I paid £9.99 for!

@NOWTV Come on Now TV, you must know this film was awful, don't waste your time advertising terrible films, not going to bring you anymore subscribers. Plenty of good stuff on Now TV, this isn't one of them.

@DeathIsHerLatex I gave up on nowtv movies as nothing is new. Amazon, we have been watching american gods which has pulled us in. But yeah love a serial killer doc. We’re aiming to watch bridgerton as heard good things. But now back at work during the week so less fun to be had

@NOWTV awful version of Harley, totally missed the point. Then i suppose when certain individuals make movies or shows with no idea who the characters are, this is the garbage that exits

@MartinSLewis @NOWTV @Barclaycard Hi Martin, My mum is very ill with covid so sorting an issue for her. Someone has used my mums CC details to take out a Now TV DD subscription but neither company will cancel it. Each time she calls they say the other has to do it! Please help
