    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    @nowtv #911 why does 911 on #SkyWitmess have music between what would be the adverts on #catchup tv no other program on catchup have this annoying problem

    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    @lola987123 @FilmUpdates Thats what they've been doing and it sucks ******* ***, NowTV is genuinely the worst streaming app ive ever used, im glad HBOs here now.

    I get so pissbaby mad, I got NowTv to watch HBO stuff but the app is the worst of any service, technically is sucks, freezes, buffering etc but the fact theres so many additional paywalls, ULTRA membership doesnt even remove ads it just drops them down to 30 seconds, ******* joke

    @NOWTV I joined the non-flexible membership in error and tried to cancel it immediately. I sent an email to your customer service but have not heard back.

    @NOWTV have you ever thought about fixing the buffering problem that your streaming service clearly has for live sports? People pay so at least figure out how to give us a service that doesn't jump every other minute 😤
