    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    @StevenMcinerney NOWtv drives me mad. Football at 720p and 25FPS on my 55inch UHD tv. Market completely cornered though. Genuinely get better quality with dodgy streams.

    Even then, buying NowTV, Netflix is pretty much option unless you just want the Netflix exclusives, because NowTV will give you the fix with no issue.

    @PlayStation @hbomax Shame there’s no HBO UK, only@option is SKY that charges xtra for FullHD or NOWTV for with poor quality stream. Being HBO to UK please.

    @NOWHelpTeam hiya, we’ve just changed my 81 yo grandma’s broadband and calls to NowTV. Broadband is connecting fine and she can make outgoing calls but she can’t receive any calls. Online checks say line is fine. Pls can you advise? Is there a help line to call?

    can’t believe i wasted 9.99 getting nowtv to then watch something and realise the quality is dreadful???? cancelled instantly so that’s 9.99 straight down the drain, great

    @Lou__007 have u watched anything decent on netflix/ prime/ nowtv recently? I spend hours searching for good programmes and can't find anything... started a few shows but haven't finished them. HELP lol
