    @nowtv #911 why does 911 on #SkyWitmess have music between what would be the adverts on #catchup tv no other program on catchup have this annoying problem

    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    @NOWTV Anyone answering Live Char tonight?? Waiting for ages. Now Tv not working on Hisense tv or Amazon Firestick today, all the apps and services on both are working fine. Rebooted tv, router and broadband. All services except Now are working fine!!

    So it seems the UFC moved from Discovery+ to HBO Max in the UK. I saw that NowTV just got HBO Max so I went there - no UFC. Went online - no HBO Max in the UK via web browser. Had to download an HBO Max app, sign in with my D+ details and then watch via TNT. What the actual ****

    i pay so much money for nowtv and they dont have any 'next programme start delayed' graphics??? put me in the broadcast room and ill fix it

    Why is there no way to limit the playback quality in @NOW??? I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. Such a weird oversight considering every streaming service has this option. #NOWTV

    @NOWTV too often your live streams are interruptive & stuttering. Too often your "something has gone wrong" message pops up on my screen. It's not my broadband, which is a 700MB service, so what are you doing to resolve your ongoing streaming issues? #nowtv #skysports

    @conor_gamble @NOWTV It is odd, I can access it on my phone & laptop but not TV. It must be a software problem at their end (just tv) related.

    @colinmufc2 Hahaha it does work with NowTV tbf and doesn’t have to be done over the phone. Just get to the final stage of cancelling online and you get it cheaper!
