    @nowtv #911 why does 911 on #SkyWitmess have music between what would be the adverts on #catchup tv no other program on catchup have this annoying problem

    She’s getting the usual ‘it’s not our problem’ from both. Today is the last straw - guy turned up, accused her of misreporting the issue and left without trying to help. For goodness sakes please communicate properly @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach and get her simple problem sorted. 2/3

    My daughter is having a terrible time at uni in London - no WiFi but trying to begin her course which is delivered fully online - NO HELP from @NOWTV and @WeAreOpenreach, although NowTV are happy to take her money, and Openreach have sent an engineer this AM who was agressive 1/3

    @cinema_add8ct @2wlovers Nowtv has always been the worst channel ever..Idk why it hasn't been shut down till now. Anyways I just hope no one will touch our dizi that's all that matters to me. I don't care about all these other dizis.

    @NOWTV @NOWTVSport your coverage of the USA open tennis in New York is a disgrace. Sort your scheduling out.Every day you have matches listed that are not playing. Your price increase is shocking too - from £19.99 to £34.99 a month & the service you provide is unacceptably awful

    @virginmedia Hi, it seems my set top box is on the blink and my chances of watching my beloved Man City maybe at risk. I could switch to Nowtv, but that will cost me £15 for a 24hr pass. I've used the tips as featured in the trouble shooting guide. No luck. Can you help? Thanks

    @MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv We went with BT for high speed broadband and NowTV, no problems, and cheaper than Sky was.

    @skytv sky stream is the biggest waste of money I think I’ve ever signed upto, crashes, buffering , and 50% of the time technical error on UHD. Please contact me, I want my contract cancelled asap I’m going back to @NOWTV, works much better

    Really not impressed with the poor quality of @skytv stream when watching @SkySportsPL constant buffering and lag every time i’m watching the match, and I have the top broadband package. NowTV was far more stable and reliable!

    @NOWTV help - 2/3 weeks in a row - I havent been able to use the 3 streams at the same. Time - keep getting a ‘too many users’ But i changed password and logged everyone out Please help Or refund me a months money for missing out on a stream im paying for Regards

    Anyone else watching on Sky / NowTV having sound issues? For me, the sound is a few seconds behind the pictures. It's the same across different devices too #nffc
