    @NOWTV trying to watch the NFL on @skysports but the constant buffering and error messages on my BT Box AND NOWTV box make it impossible! When will this be sorted? Very frustrating !! 😡😡😡

    @NOWHelpTeam @NOWHelpTeam Me again, is there a timescale on the fix? The only thing worse than the quality of the football in the Leeds game was the stream quality. It is getting a bit ridiculous now. I want to stay with NowTV but this will eventually force my hand.

    @chris_dudley @NOWTV The analogy doesn't hold though.. the slotted screwdriver could still turn flat screws. The original manufacturer didn't issue an update that prevented the original product from performing its original function.

    @PremierSportsTV @spfl ‘Premier’ I gave up after I subscribed - the quality of the player was dreadful . Kept buffering . No problems other providers ( nowtv and by sport )

    @NOWHelpTeam PL-0 error constantly on NowTV on the PS4. Looks like it's not just me. Tried signing out and restarting etc. Was happening yesterday too, making football almost unwatchable.

    @NOWHelpTeam the NOWTV app has been playing up for the past week. Always Buffering and picture quality is all fuzzy. The Error code is: PL-0. I have uninstall the app and deleted the data. And then reinstalled it. The problem is still happening. Any advise ?

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi, every couple of minutes or so my NowTV picture blurs for a few seconds on my TV (through the app). This doesn't happen on any other app I have. Any ideas? A quick Google search seems to suggest it's quite common but how do you fix it? Thanks.

    @NOWHelpTeam my nowtv won’t let me watch the football game, says something is not right with the error code PL-0 i have uninstalled and re installed and even logged. what should i do?
