It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

I have to exit and replay the video or turn off the TV and try again about 40 times before it finally deems me worthy of receiving the holy grail of 7833 and then it works without a hitch. Madness.

Michael J (@xplorermj) reported@nowtvhelp tried to sign up for sky sports pass yesterday it kept saying "unavailable" the internet was working fine as the rest of nowtv etc was fine, I couldn't watch what I'd planned to as the system just wouldn't process, kept saying error.
