I'm gonna buy a month pass for £12 anyway hoping it'll help but letting you know there's an option for those who are low on funds etc. #SnyderCut

It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

Ewan (@ewan_m23) reported@bt_uk have done this multiple times, and the issue still remains (fyi) BBC Iplayer, NowTV and plenty other streaming services work fine on our Tv it is only your app. To me it sounds like a playback issue on your part?

first direct help (@firstdirecthelp) reported@jonnysta From what I can gather, NowTV and Sky are the same company and so I would assume they have the same issue at the moment. If you are with a different provider for mobile phone and have 4G you should be able to log on using this. - Alison
