Trying to contact @NowTV to enquire about their broadband and honestly it’s the worst. Talking to a Robot does not help.

I’m not usually this type of person however @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp and @OpenreachHelp screwed me over with my broadband due to an issue with the exchange nearby - but failed to notify me. It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

@the4kCollectivE This is ridiculous. I now can't watch it legitimately in Ireland because I don't have Sky, and NowTV is the worst, definitely not 4K. I would have much preferred being able to spend €20 myself from Google Play Movies or something.

Yet again @NOWTV fails to take payment despite hours on the phone trying to update our details LAST month and the month before - shocking and unacceptable - and they have the gall to email us as if it’s a problem on our end 👎🏻👎🏻 0/10

@NOWTV Any idea as to why I keep getting a PL-0 error message on my Xbox one S? I’ve removed then re-installed the app, cleared the cache and checked the location and dns status-all good! Can’t watch movies and it seems I’m not the only one??

I was with Now TV for years paying for Sky Sports and the terrible quality of 720p and laggy sports made me leave and I ended up just going to Sky itself and Sports is 10x better. NowTV is great for convince and no contract but 720p is ridiculous as standard def!

@NOWTV why do I always have buffering issues when streaming nowtv. Netflix, prime work fine but every time with nowtv i have issues. Constant stalling. Smarttv and PS4 both. And no, it’s not my internet! Some wrong with your servers? Any ideas?
