I’m not usually this type of person however @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp and @OpenreachHelp screwed me over with my broadband due to an issue with the exchange nearby - but failed to notify me. It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

Trying to contact @NowTV to enquire about their broadband and honestly it’s the worst. Talking to a Robot does not help.

@Bleasedog @NOWTV Have you googled the issue? Last time I had an unfathomable problem it was bc the service was not compatible with my TV and caused problems. It was Disney+ and LG televisions. They just don’t like each other!

@nowtvhelp there appears to be an issue with the sound on Nowtv. The sound is constantly stutter. I’ve checked my tv, soundbox and virgin box, there is no issue with any of them. When will this be sorted please.

@NOWTV @nowtvhelp I'm having issues with my remote control to my nowtv stick, I thought the batteries had gone but I changed them and tried to resync the control neither worked, so ordered a new control but still isn’t working. But works via the Roki remote app

@SoozUK @NOWTV Mine occasionally disappears across apps. Last night all my TV apps randomly decided not to cast, with an unexplained error. Then today it’s fine again. None of this is helpful, but hopefully you won’t feel so alone in this dystopian TV hell.

@Bleasedog @NOWTV I’ve had the same issue tonight. 4K smart box worked when first setup this morning apart from Netflix. Factory reset and now getting nothing other than the same error you’re getting
