It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

I'm gonna buy a month pass for £12 anyway hoping it'll help but letting you know there's an option for those who are low on funds etc. #SnyderCut

Any solution other than resetting the TV to factory settings (NOT doing that as I'll lose my other app data)? Tried reinstalling app, no fix.
