    @NOWTV When attempting a “reset” on my NowTV stick, I am getting beyond the internet password only to be told I need to check my hdmi cable connection. There is no problem with that. Solution please?

    The @NOWTV app has stopped working on my @LGUK smartTV, getting error PL-0 whenever I try to play content. Any solution other than resetting the TV to factory settings (NOT doing that as I'll lose my other app data)? Tried reinstalling app, no fix.

    @NOWTV I pay for the Sky Sports subscription and the quality of the streams I get lately is awful. My speed is 500mbps so it's not that... Can anyone assist? I'm not able to watch most channels.

    Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.
