@NOWTV When attempting a “reset” on my NowTV stick, I am getting beyond the internet password only to be told I need to check my hdmi cable connection. There is no problem with that. Solution please?

@NOWTV I've tried it from both firefox and chrome (currently Firefox), don't see an error message. Only full grey screen, see no error message. Sound available.

@NOWTV We've been calling them nearly every day - they keep saying they have no information on what's wrong or how long it will take to fix. They simply pass the buck & blame Openreach. It's ridiculous, I've got 3 kids who are missing out on vital education !

My #Broadband speed is just 8.2mbps and has been for weeks! The main problem is that when that get's through the front door I'm not left with much to share with my wife and our three kids. God help us if the dogs ever ask for an iPad! @UswitchUK @NOWTV

Just cancelled all of our @NOWTV passes because they *still* haven't fixed the sound issues. It's been almost a year. You charge a fortune. You charge *extra* for HD. With the new content coming on @disneyplus you're going to become obsolete.
