@Dutchman1795 @NOWTV @NOWHelpTeam We've had no internet broadband and telephone since last Thursday! I was promised it would be done Monday (yesterday) and an Engineer visit today. No visit and still not working! Further told to call Now TV on Friday if not fixed by Thursday!

@AgentP22 I don't have a problem with a temporary Amazon Prime subscription. You can easily offset saved delivery charges with the monthly fee, so taxpayers aren't necessarily out of pocket. NowTV is a different kettle of fish though.

@pikapies Every streaming service sub should be minimum 1080p nowadays and it is ridiculous charging extra for it nowadays. NowTV's software is god awful.

@NOWTV_It I strongly advise you not to join NOWTV, there is no service! They are refusing to follow the requested protocol and are cutting my internet connection. I work with emergency assistance from home and this is going to jeopardise everything! #badcustomerservice #broadband
