I sign into my account pay for sky day pass and get all the way to viewing in the app on the laptop and you say no VPN. I live in Indonesia and have all accounts in UK. What ********!

JAMIE (@jamiecumbria) reported@NOWTV I did reset it and my broadband is super fast the problem is at your end the service provider so I don’t know if it’s the box is to old if so you should provide a upgrade or if your service can’t cope with demand in that case I want refunded

MD (@Manning1985) reported@NOWTV Thanks, it must be an issue with the Now TV stick. I've downloaded the Now TV app on my Amazon Fire stick and it is working fine. I didn't realise you could watch through Amazon until today, much better quality through this 👍
