@bt_uk I’m a new BT customer and for 3 days straight I have rang your customer service as I cannot access NowTV. No one can help and advises to ring back day after day. Yet you have the capability to send me my first bill which includes NowTV. I’m now regretting coming to you

@bt_uk Hi Scott, no it's apps through the BT Box. Why don't you send customers the latest box when they extend or remain with you? @PrimeVideo and @NOWTV riddled with errors and paused on your platform.
