@NOWTV i still cannot access my account. Signed up 3 days ago and can't login. Can you help as your help page is terrible and no use at all. You can sign up easily but can't access it, it's a total shambles

@ashokmenon1977 @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam NowTV Internt (Sky sister company) have confirmed outage in the area that may take days to repair because it isnt even listed on the Openreach/ Sky/ NowTV service checker sites. Best thing to do is book an engineer to highlight the issue or wait. Ours been off since SunAM Heatons

If @NOWTV could sort out this concurrency error message that comes up when you stop your phone streaming to chromecast and then try to watch it on your phone, that would be great. Says you're watching on too many devices, yet stops you watching on any

So if my useless management company takes weeks to bother to fix it, you won't reimburse for loss of service and you won't put pressure on the company to fix YOUR PRODUCT. So why shouldn't I just cancel my entire subscription and use NowTV?
