@jokerdaddy23 if you've not done it already, if you type in NOWTV cinema pass free trial into Google, you can get a 7 day free trial. I'm gonna buy a month pass for £12 anyway hoping it'll help but letting you know there's an option for those who are low on funds etc. #SnyderCut

@NOWTV Any idea as to why I keep getting a PL-0 error message on my Xbox one S? I’ve removed then re-installed the app, cleared the cache and checked the location and dns status-all good! Can’t watch movies and it seems I’m not the only one??

@NOWTV I have a Problem with my NOWTV App through BT RE: DEVICES I'm unable to watch my Subscription channels Through either my TV or cast from my mobile phone ,This has happened lots of times the last time on Tuesday. I Had a online chat with Nowtv and it took 5 mins to fix.

I’m not usually this type of person however @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp and @OpenreachHelp screwed me over with my broadband due to an issue with the exchange nearby - but failed to notify me. It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

I’ve never, ever experienced anything like the service I’ve received with @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp - the sheer lack of customer care and the way my issue has been handled has been so shockingly bad I literally fail to believe a word they tell me.

@NOWHelpTeam I finally got through to your unhelpful team. No reason for cancelling my order, no thought for the problems this causes work etc. back to BT great customer service. whatever you’ve done to my broadband now needs an engineer to visit. Don’t go with #NowTV

The @NOWTV app has stopped working on my @LGUK smartTV, getting error PL-0 whenever I try to play content. Any solution other than resetting the TV to factory settings (NOT doing that as I'll lose my other app data)? Tried reinstalling app, no fix.

Subtitles: I have used many online streaming platforms to waste time during lockdown. @BBCiPlayer @NetflixUK @PrimeVideo @disneyplus @ITV and by far the worst most insaccessible and most unhelpful of them all is @NOWTV @nowtvhelp. The subtitles are incomplete, broken, freezing

No #NowTV broadband service for over a week. Openreach engineer says line OK, been sent a new modem, obviously a problem #Sky should sort out, got to wait till Tuesday for another BT engineer to come and say there's nothing wrong. Stuck in a loop.

@L3wdOwl I agree, the constant spam is the reason so many people use ad blockers for browsers and apps. Especially on a service you're paying for. It's why I have a problem with the current NowTV subscription model too.

@LukeTurnerEsq Hm. We’ve now been trying to ‘cast’ it from the NowTV app to the tv but it keeps throwing up an error message, like we aren’t allowed to do that. Can cast other programmes on Now but not that one.

@Zacnaloen Yeah happened a few times recently - they seem to be editing it for the cinema, not a living room. This combined with the terrible bit rate on NowTV made Raised by Wolves unwatchable. Literally couldn't see what was happening.

@Kjvincent1979 I use DirectSave which is the cheapest I could find - with an inclusive landline package it costs me about £30 a month. Brilliant customer service, only issue was when a router died. New one arrived 2 days later. 45-50 mb downloads.Also a NowTV stick so I can access sky channels.
