I’m not usually this type of person however @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp and @OpenreachHelp screwed me over with my broadband due to an issue with the exchange nearby - but failed to notify me. It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

@LorianaFirth @ITVX think everyone is having the same issue, their tech team seems to have pushed out an update which has broken the roku app. It also has hit the NowTV stick too.

@NOWTV can you tell me why my daughter has to pay for a new router, she has had it 4 years and it's not working now. She pays per month so you should replace the router without charge I would be grateful for a reason why

@roberti46943486 I believe everyone with a roku stick / box / tv or even a NowTV stick is having the same issue. Its an ITVX update they pushed out before checking it.

@NOWHelpTeam It was happening on a Apple TV, I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it didn't fix the issue. I've since tried watching on a nowtv stick and it's telling me I'm still watching on another device even though I've deleted it from Apple TV.

@NOWTV I don't understand why your player is so bad! Ridiculously slow, terrible app I have to install. Constant buffering, when I switch to desktop it says I've reached my limit so took me ages to switch, its the most expensive AND adverts!!!!

Why is it that my Netflix equipped Sony Bravía TV constantly exits Netflix every time I try to steam a programme. The NowTV box connected to the TV has no such issues, #DumbTV #SonyBravia

@kpwxx @NOWHelpTeam @F1TVmedia I understand an alternative program needed to be put on as “there was an issue” but someone in NowTv needs a serious word about spoilers! They could have put on the pre-race crap on instead with a scrolling message apologising for the change in program.

Now TV is trying to sabotage my efforts to watch The Last of Us. I signed up especially and downloaded it all only for it to not work on the plane. Get on WiFi and downloads have all been removed... All other video apps have been fine. Any explanation @skytv or @NOWTV ?
